Pre-ordered two specific rear tires for the vehicle before coming in because I knew they wouldnt be in stock. When I wasnt notified of their delivery, I called the store back and the salesperson had no record of tires being ordered. I called back with the exact details of the tire and he was able to "go find them". When they vehicle was brought in by my wife, the techs refused to install the rear tires I had pre-ordered unless they could also replace the front tires, which showed asymmetrical wear on the inboard shoulders but with no cords visible or damage. Not only is this unacceptable predatory sales practice against my direct instructions, but the matching front tires I want (of course) were not in stock, requiring A SECOND VISIT, and an unnecessary forced pre-payment for NO SERVICES RENDERED. After generously biting the bullet and allowing the car to go back for the second visit, the techs installed THE WRONG FRONT TIRES and required more than double the scheduled time to complete the service. I count at least 6 service failures along a chain that should have literally been point and click.

All I ask for is what I was told. And ask to notated in our conversation. I spoke with a John for discount tire on Friday afternoon as I was shopping around. He told me a deal that I could not resist so I told him I will buy two tires instead of one. So since the tires wasnt in stock at the spring rd location,I asked could I drive to the location where there were. He assured me they will be in Saturday.also offered me to borrow a used tire till I had time to come in and get the tires we discuss.He quoted me a price with warranties included. I get to spring rd discount tire this morning , and speak to John. John, at this location , tells me I must spoke with john in the call center because what Im asking for cant not be accommodated. Warranties isnt arent to be discuss on the phone, which in my case they were. And prices of the competitor I been a loyal customer for was lower but because of the deal of the warranties I chose to shop in a different direction. I will never deal with discount fire

This location deserves a 10 out of 10. Customer service is awesome, especially Brent, Jarod, and the service technician that worked on my tire. I came in thinking I had a punctured tire but it turned out to be a damaged rim causing air loss. The service technician explained and showed me exactly what had happened. They were nice enough to send my rim out to a repair shop and put a loaner tire and rim on my car until the rim comes back fixed. Brent, the assistant manager explained it in detail to me and has already called me the next business day to tell me my rim is back and repaired. Now comes Wednesday and they are super busy but I had an appointment. In order to speed it up, the store manager, Scott, came out and changes out my tire/rim himself so I wouldnt have to wait long. Thats some darn good customer service. First class service in a timely fashion. And that is why discount tire is my one and only go to spot for tire issues.

I placed an order online for a set of tires and have it installed at Mableton store (Order Id# 11802458). When I arrived, the sale person cant find my online order and so he recommended me a different set of tires for my car. He also promised me $25 trade-in credit for my three used tires. He sold a set of new tires, but he charged me additional 4 tires disposal fee and $20 trade-in credit for two used tires instead three. I dont mind the different in cost, but I really hate when people lie and not being honest up front with me. Plus the new tires installed on my car are poor rating. I have been a loyal customer with Discount Tire over 10 years and trust their services. I understand a business goal is to maximize profit, but they dont have to lie to make small marginal profit. Im no longer confident in their business practice and I will be extra careful next time dealing with these people.

Fast, friendly, fair, and reliable. This is what I want in a tire shop. I bought a set of tires here a couple of years ago as a special deal with lifetime service. I just brought it in to get serviced for the first time, and Scott helped me. He was really knowledgeable and led me through his initial inspection process. He then explained to me using a nifty visual diagram where my tires were in their lifecycle. Even though I missed a couple of rotations, they still honored the deal and rotated, balanced, filled, and inspected my tires at no additional cost to me. John performed the service, and was informative and professional. I came in early in the morning without an appointment and was out within an hour. They also offer free cold bottled water while you wait. Overall, I am very happy doing business here!

Ordered tires for my sold vehicle when they opened on a monday morning was told they had order the tire and the tire would arrive the next morning on the truck i called the next day was told my tire wasnt there yet theyd call me when the tire arrived. Two days later i called since i had not recieved a phone call i was told my tires were there that i should of recieved a phone call or voicemail which i never recieved and was told the tires were there and there there till 6pm a comment the gentleman added since it near closing time, i drove 14 miles to this location for my tires and was told my tires must of been sold or lost that they only have one tire i was only offered a mix matched tires and was told to come back tomorrow that another tire should be there to match and if id like i can take the one tire.

I have been 2 times to this location. First time is to fix up my punctured tire. I was ready with the mindset of spending some money to fix it up. When I drove over there the tire tech just checked my condition of tire and he said he would fix it up free and I was relieved. After that the tire tech informed me about the danger of tire tread level that is currently on my tires and also suggested some options The next visit was again for a nail in my tire and this time I decide to change my tire since tread has come to the danger spot. Then on I looked in some options and for the right budget I was in and out within an hour for 4 wheel change. The staffs are helpful, sound knowledge on tires and courteous.

Quick and friendly team members here. Not perfect, but they will make it right. I had a vibration in my wheel after mounting some used rims to my vehicle. I called to make a 2nd appointment and had the wheels balanced no questions asked. Prices cant be beat when it comes to buying new tires, there are sometimes deals that can only be had with the store credit card, which makes the 0% finance option quite attractive even if you were planning to pay cans for the service. Would be nice if there was wifi here. No business in the 21st century operates without internet and many of your customers would benefit from wifi for work / pleasure. I luckily have a hotspot; wifi is quicker and ideal but not a deal breaker.
