Update July 2016 After 2 years of having purchased the CRAP 1300.00 mattress and bed frame we purchased from this company in July 2014, we finally purchased a new set this weekend (sealy posturepedic), the mattress we were sold by TNT was limp and knotty, the memory foam and gel layer had bunched up in several places MONTHS ago, it caused several back problems and was a COMPLETE waate of money. Please do not waste your hard earned dollars with this horrible scamming thieving company. Very Unprofessional, rude service. We had issues with our delivery and the product afterwards it was like pulling teeth to get them to help us, they were rude and seemed to not care about us as the customer after our money was taken. When we contacted the owner and told him of the issues we had and explained that we would tell all of our family And friends we were threatened with lawsuits. We will never do business with this company again!! Save your money and time. -Response to the owner- There is nothing to forgive!!! your service was poor and your customer service was AWFUL! I was contacted by several customers who have had similar experiences with you all, my suggestion take the customers needs into consideration. Once we paid you all we were thrown out like trash. I thank GOD that I can give an honest opinion of your establishment to other patrons!!! Thanks for the lesson on what not to look for in a furniture provider! I have NEVER in my life been treated as badly as I was when working with you. Luckily I can figure out things for myself and I was able to have our bed replaced through the manufacturer seeing as though you all refused to give me the information to have my claim processed!!! Dont you dare use Jesus Christ as your crutch , just clean up your act and treat your customers with respect. With that being said, WE FORGIVE YOU, THERE IS HOPE FOR YOU !!! God Bless!

Ladies on the sales floor: Awesome Pricing : Fair Delivery staff: Awesome Service after the sale: None the manager is rude and could care less about the customer after the sale. We pre-paid and waited for or furniture to be ordered because we wanted a gray set. When delivered someone ordered the wrong color. My wife called and by chance the manager answers the phone my wife asked to speak to our sales lady he said shes not here my explained that the furniture being delivered was the wrong color his solution was send it back Ill refund your money in 2weeks. My wife explained we dont want our money back just the correct color furniture. He continued to refuse to order the correct color and became overly aggressive on the phone with my wife. Like any good husband I defended my wife and he and I exchanded some not so nice words. He basically picked a fight with me over the phone. My wife whent to get our money back and made me stay at home in an attempt to avoid any further or more severe confrontation. When my wife arrived she was greeted by our sales lady who had no idea there was any issues. The manager said Ill send you a check in 2 weeks the sales lady spoke up and said they paid in cash and I believe we have cash on hand to refund. The manager reluctantly funded our cash. It appears that the so called manager my actually be the business owner. So shop with caution if you decide to do business with him. They obviously dose such a booming business that he feels that customer satisfaction and service is just not necessary. Its unfortunate that such a nice group of people work for someone like him. I bought a bedroom suite from tnt super home store when it was delivered they busted up the drawers at the foot of the bed,we called and they said they would fix it we had to send them pictures and had to get the serial number off the bed and bring it back to them 70 miles away.Here it is 3 months later with nothing fixed everytime we would call they said they would look into it and never call back.Now they want to have the part delivered to my house and expect us to fix the bed ourselves.They say they have done their part and theres nothing more they can do. For three months now this big ass broke bed has sat in the middle of my bedroom and they did their part they say.The furniture is made by ashley but it worse than partical board.I have already prayed about this so i dont need your prayers i need you to fix my damn bed.....Take your money and buy from another place.... Response back to the owner...I was told today by a Mr.Lee Stanley after I did again resend the pictures of my broken bed that and I quote "why should I help you ,you gave a bad review take it down and I may help you" Shame shame ....Not only is my bedroom suite under warranty,they refuse to give me the info. I dont want to have to deal with these people anymore.You WILL not win this right....You need to take your own advise and ask WWJD? YOU WILL HEAR FROM ME AGAIN AND AGAIN UNTIL MY BED IS REPLACED OR I GET MY MONEY BACK... forward that to the legal dept....

I have never been to this store but had seen a flyer somewhere before. I went to look to see if they had anything I liked. I had visited the Ashley furniture store previously and they had a table that was very nice but price was more then $600. I had seen it before a lower price but they no longer had it that price nor would come down to a reasonable price. So I came to this location they had the same table by Ashley not only for a Great price of $488 plus tax which was the price I wanted to pay. I bought it and they said it would come in one week. I got it yesterday and we put it together because I did not want to have a delivery charge. It was brand new like promised and no damage from the packaging. I was very happy because it is the same product for the price I wanted. The lady that helped me greeted me and I walked around without being hounded. Some people like someone to follow them but I do not. When I went to ask about a item she was very helpful. If I had read the views before coming her I would probably had not come but would of missed out on a good deal.

I HOPE PEOPLE PAY CLOSE ATTENTION TO REVIEWS JUST BECAUSE SOMEONE SAYS GOD BLESS AND QUOTES SCRIPTURES DOESNT MAKE THEM A GOOD PERSON OR BUSINESS LOOK AT REVIEWS PEOPLE. I saw a A living room suite I wanted last year at this time. Drove all the way over to Madison to after finally getting one of the workers attention and waiting for a sales person to get off the phone to talk to us we are told they had not carried that particular set in months. Of course I rant and rave about the 60 miles one way gas was not cheap at that time either and the 3hrs of my life I wont get back. they just look at you no real apologies no explanation when I reply Why was it not taken of internet if you can not get it anymore. anyway I posted on FACEBOOK AND JUST FOUND THIS SITE TO VENT. BOUGHT ME A LOVELY SET AT MY HOMETOWN FURNITURE STORE VERY CLOSE TO WHAT TNT SUPER WAS FALSELY ADVERTISING. WAS BLESSING IN DISGUISE . AM GOING TO BUY A SUITE FOR DEN THIS YEAR/MONTH. AND THAT SAME SET IS STILL ADVERTISED ON CRAIGS LIST BY TNT.
