Awful experience. Their carpet installer was three hours late without calling me to confirm. I had it in writing from Norm that my scrap carpet would be hauled off after install. The installer first tried to charge me to do this and then told me he wouldnt take it at all, I later had to pay someone else to do it. The trim paint, which had only been applied a week prior, was badly scratched all over the house, even in places that didnt touch carpet. When I complained, Norm first tried to pawn me off with free paint, when I rehired my painter and informed him what the price would be, my email went unanswered. End result, an install that cost me plenty extra on the back end.

The customer service at Kirkland Floor to Ceiling is EXCELLANT! I just bought a new home and was really lost on which paint colors to pick and felt overwhelmed when it came to flooring. However, at Kirklands they were very consultative and made it very easy for me. To top it all off the prices are great as well! I highly recommend them!!

To simplify my experience, I would say that they made me feel like I was "putting them out". I even had an employee once tell me that they were "too busy to help me right now".
