Never AGAIN HOME DEPOT! I will NEVER hire you to install anything in my house if you are going to send carpet vendors to my home who break my Master Bed, My Sons bed, and ripped out the door T molding for each of my doors and not put them back (and cracked my wood floor). I filed a report with Home Depot in Destin and now weeks later, a nasty letter from Glen Phillips Inc their vendor (to my husband and i) and no one wants to claim responsibility. Apparently Home Depot does not protect you from the vendors they hire. They are not an advocate for their customers, so when you hire Home Depot you are just hiring them to contract some morons to break your stuff and have no accountability. Its our word against theirs even though we documented pictures and all! We have followed the Home Depot proper channels and yet we still get screwed over, over and over! All you needed to do was send out a furniture repair guy to fix the stuff your vendors broke and now it has turned in to this! Well, you have officially lost a customer and my husband has spent a lot of time and money in your store....well never again! — feeling annoyed.

I ordered a shower online and had it shipped to the store. The box was damaged when I got to the store and no one helped me to load it. Then when I got home and opened it, the door was smashed and there was a puncture in the shelving piece and there was TAPE covering the puncture where someone clearly tried to fix it with TAPE! Then i order replacement parts - when i call back a few days later to get an estimate on how long they will take and i give my reference number the lady tells me there is nothing she can tell me because they dont talk to the manufacturer - THEN i call back 10 business days later when my parts are supposed to be here and the lady tells me "oh well nothing has been done - because we needed more information" ----- WELL HELLO why didnt i get a call about that. I am just so frustrated and upset with home depot as a whole. This is just poor customer service and its absolutely ridiculous that my reference number did not get sent in. I will not be back to Home Depot. If i could give it ZERO stars I would.

I love homedepot but this one could step it up a little. Stop pointing just show me where the parts are you have 46 isles. And the restroom was not clean. I have seen a lot worse but i have also seen a lot better this homedepot can use some improvements. Maybe the have a handbook on how to make a better store. I will say the employees are very nice just not knowledgable i dont think its their fault, how many handymen can afford a home in this area at $3 above minimum wage and 30 hr. I dont know the exact pay rate but im sure its not much different then any other depot. I guess I just expected more from a destin store.

I must praise Tim, the flooring specialist. We were planning a major rehab with tile and wood. Tom was extraordinary with his help, guidance and his knowledge surmounted a few hiccups we had. He is truly interested in the outcome of our project And did everything in his power to see it through. Clone him ! The delivery truck drivers were professional, pleasant and very helpful. The tile installer, Joe Frazier, was the epitome of the perfect contractor. On time, courteous, with an expertise beyond compare. Also confided with us small tips for the care and repair of the installed tile. Kudos to Joe. !

Great customer service! I had a ton of help from Tim in flooring and Leo in tool rental. They answered all my questions and seemed happy to help. Their feedback significantly impacted my plans and I left feeling empowered. There was another guy who helped me as well and I didnt get his name so a special shout out to the tall blonde guy that works on the east section of the self checkout. If you are in the floor section Mike and Rick are SOOOO great! They have been hugely helpful and are always my go-to guys when I need help. Thanks all for the help! I will happily be back soon.

If half of a star was available I would leave that! Horrible customer service and worst experience ever. I purchased an install and never received a call from the installer nor home depot once I called to complain. I was told that they would call back, but never received anything. I called them and explained my situation to a lady that I needed to speak with a manager. She pulled my install account up and place me on hold for 25 minutes until she decided to pick the phone up say hello then hang up. I have never dealt with anything like this!

SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE! I bought two appliances online, set up a delivery time a week in advance. Took a day off work to wait for them. Not only did they not show, (I waited at home till 8pm). No one called me to let me know they were running late or cancelling, I called the next day to find out what happened and they had rescheduled the delivery for THREE DAYS LATER! The company that they sub contract deliveries to is pitiful - and apparently Home Depot just doesnt care enough to hold them accountable to a standard!

We visited the garden area after church on Sunday. It was very busy and the lines were long. One employee was going down the line, "Would you like a complimentary cold bottled water while you wait ?". She was handing out water and doing a great job of making the customers feel valued. Way to go. I may continue shopping there after all. NOPE.....update.....they screwed up again. Back to Lowes.

I am a private contractor. Just trying to be up front with everything. I have never been treated better that at this store. I always drive past Lowes. At I live in Santa Rosa. Not sure where these people are going, but dont think its this store. Every time I go in somebody ask me if I need help. Never do but they ask all the same and most everybody has a sole

Absolutely awful customer service. Denise answered the phone when I called in today asking for a manager, she was huffy and puffy and sounded as if she were being inconvenienced. Then I was hung up on when she said he would transfer me. Called back and was on hold for 15 minutes before I finally gave up. Real nice. Ill never go to this store again.

Literally cant go in here without the worst customer service experience. Terrible wait times. No one cares to rush and help you be on your way, online orders dont always mean your actually going to recieve your items. And they dont bother to call and tell you that. I go to Lowes ever chance I get. They actually help me.

Its homedepot what else can I say. Everything you need and more stuff you dont need. Good customer service and friendly employees. I have no complaints and I shop here 3 times a week for the past year or two.

Dropped about 700 on wood to make a bed frame. Some of the staff was a little behind the power curve on wood working knowledge. But hey its home Depot they dont pay them to be experts!
