I was a member of BJ for one year. I was member of Sams Club and Costco at the same time. The advantage of BJ is they have smaller pack for most items. The disadvantage of BJ is the price is usually higher than Sams club and Costco. BJ regularly sends you a coupon book for many items, but to use them, you will have to bring those coupon into the store and scan them physically one by one. And the discounted price after coupon is close (slightly higher) than the daily price of Sams club and Costco (but Sams club and Costco also have promotion sometimes, and the price is automatically reduced at Sams and Costco). The gas discount at BJ seems good, however Concord has many top tier gas stations that offer better quality gasoline at the same or lower price than BJ (BJ gas doesnt qualify for top tier gas, Costco, BP, QT, Shell, etc are top tier, you can search it online). I also purchased a pair of glasses from BJ, which cracked during normal use in 2 months, and BJ refused to do anything and they argued that I did not purchase their expensive protection plan. However, Costco has lifetime warranty on glasses. Overall, BJ does not have any value to me. A 2 star rating is very generous. I did not renew it after 1 year. I dont see how BJ can survive at places that have Sams club or Costco nearby.

Muchos especiales, encuentro todo lo que nesecito para mi hogar a muy buen precio. Tengo la membresía de $100 pero la realidad al año me sale gratis porque me devuelven el 2% de las compras y no sólo eso también después lleno mi tanque del carro de gas ahí mismo y me dan más descuento. Hay muchas cajeras que son muy organizadas cuando colocan mi compra en el carro y son amables hasta esta fecha no tengo ninguna queja. Gracias BJs por su servicio y ayuda con los cupones que envían a mi casa cada mes. Por eso lo recomiendo que vallan y compren en esta tienda.

Wanting to share my experience from last year during holiday shopping season so shoppers are aware as they pump gas at BJs. I stopped by the gas pump as I routinely do after shopping & it ended up being my worst experience at the gas pump. The gas started overflowing once it filled up and I could not get the nozzle turned off. There was no sign at the pump informing me as a customer that the nozzle was faulty and required certain manual intervention to stop. While I scurried around for help, the customer waiting behind me ran to my rescue and slipped and fell in the pool of gas that lay there. I then learnt from another customer who was at the same pump prior to me that he had a similar experience. Definitely negligence on the BJs side & all they were willing to offer me was $50 yet I had paid for a lot spilled gas that I never used, I had to get a detailed car wash, & I got rid of the sandals I wore that day. I would insert pictures from that day if I could but there is no option to insert or paste photos.

For the big box stores, this one is definitely the best! Much better selection than most of your bulk stores and the savings are endless! Not only are you saving buying bulk but the coupons you can use make it even better. We shop here for pretty much everything. From quick stops to full carts! Customer service is excellent here. Everyone is always super friendly and helpful. Something Im definitely not used to at other bulk retail establishments. Gas prices here are unbeatable, but you gotta be an elite member four the greatest benefits *hint, 10% cash back * The wait time to check out here is also spectacular, unlike others they actually have a fully staffed front-end!

I like it more than Costco... as Costco is always crowded... So no queue at BJs.... Thats a Big Plus.......Also BJs is closer to my home... Their monthly coupons book has lot of useful coupons... I havent used coupons at Costco as they are mostly useless to me.... But BJs coupons are really handy....Finally, I love the scanner gun at BJs... Its cool

For a Bjs, their selection is not up to par with other Bjs stores Ive been to. The produce is constantly about to spoil and their non-perishable stock is missing many staples I have come to expect. If youre already a Bjs member Id recommend heading to one of the other stores closer to Charlotte.

I love going to BJs. They have very friendly staff and great prices on name brands. Also BJs brand items are good quality. I agree using the coupons will save you a lot while shopping here. They also take manufactures coupons and more credit cards than Sams.

Tons of credit card fraud. Cashiers do not check licenses to correlate with credit card. Attempted to speak with a manager but was unable to get anyone on the phone.
