Slowly this Auto zone has declined to the point that I do not plan on coming back here again. The customer service manager could not understand that I had to pay for a product in order for it to get ordered. First off, when did customers have to prepay for normal parts not in stock at your store? A belt is a belt especially if its not a high end model vehicle. Secondly, how can one be deemed manager of anything and not know the basic principles of the business? To go on, the manager could not figure out how to ring up this sale but I was told the product would be in the next day. Sure enough, for the first time in all my years purchasing from this place, they did not order the part because it had not been paid for! So another day I wait and another customer upset. Buyers beware. Its a bummer that this store has declined this much.

I had bought some parts there for my Dodge Stratus and they were under warranty. I went in there with the phone number that the warranty was under and they could not find my warranty. I had the worst experience there with trying to get a new part. I asked if i could bring in my old part and they could get the warranty information off of my part. One lady that worked there said NO but the manager said YES. What the hell. Then when I brought my part in they still gave me the run around with trying to get a new part; Besides that I bought a fuel pump there for my Dodge Stratus and the fuel gauge never worked after putting it in. I got a fuel pump at Napa and the fuel gauge works perfectly. I will never go to Autozone again after being treated so rudely when I tried to get a new part that was still under warranty.

I bought a headlight from this store but had trouble with the replacement (which was entirely my fault). The store manager not only treated me with much more respect than my mistake warranted, but he also took the time to come outside and actually replace the burnt out bulb for me. This is a big hassle on my particular car, and it took him a while. Rather than be upset at the time I was taking from his actual job, he was apologizing to me for taking so long - as if its his responsibility to fix my headlights! I was very impressed with the customer service and will absolutely shop here again.

I would only recommend going to this store if you are planning a trip to the Department of Motor Vehicles or Discount Tire on Hover, and you want some practice waiting. This is either the most unorganized store in town or they just dont care. And DON"T trust their website if it says this store has what you want...they dont! Call ahead or better yet, order online and have it shipped to your house...save yourself the wait and hassle.

Very rude staff, stopped by to get my battery checked and an older guy yelled at me and said "cant you see were busy? We cant help you right now" in front of every customer! I walked out their door for good, never coming back to this place. For some reason every time I come in theyre either rude or dont have any parts available. This incident was the last straw for me. AutoZone of Longmont has lost my business.

Good standard auto parts store. Put your phone number in the system when you buy warrantied parts, and then warranty claims are painless at any AutoZone nationwide, even without a receipt.
