Absolutely terrible experience. Seems as though the hispanic "manager" at this store treats women as if they are stupid and inferior, and him as well as another very rude woman who works "in the back" also love to hang up on customers - more than once, thats if you even get someone to answer. She proceed to respond to a conversation asking for delivery to a dealership due to a lack of knowledge and communication on THEIR part, and replied to us with "this isnt like pizza delivery". Napa is a joke, and we had to contact their corporate office on the horrible customer service this location continues to serve.

Horrible people at the counter! I go in there to ask for paint and I see three high school girls at the counter chatting and when I ask a question they look at me like I was supposed to wait tell they where done talking to each other. When they did say "yeah what do you want" like I was the bad guy. Im all for equality, but dam that is just not cool for a manger to put three girls that have no idea about automotive to be left there alone

I tried to call them 4 times in the middle of the day and they dont answer. I went in andstart of course they were there but could really care less if I was. The employees have a seem to have a sense of entitlement and dont really understand that they work at a retail store. I think if Napa didnt have there business with car dealers and mechanic shops thus chain would have been gone 5 years ago.

Website says $35.99 for 5qt Royal Purple at this location. I went to the store and she rang me up for $45.99 (automatic price from bar code). I complain and she just edits the price. Really? I guess you need to print your price from the web before you shop retail nowadays. That should be illegal. I dont believe it was an honest mistake.

Went in to ask a question about a fuse and if they could help me determine if it needed to be replaced. DAVE said "no were not allowed to go look at the car or help fix your car." I didnt ask the guy to fix it, just asked for some insight. Go to the harbor freight next door or a different auto part store all together. Rude.

I was surprised to find the store open on a memorial day. They were happy to help me find the correct part and went above and beyond. Even though they didnt get the sale they were very helpful in pointing me in the right direction to get my classic jaguar back on the road.
