I went to return some items, a rust disintegrator that did not work, and a lug nut and stud that I planned to replace myself initially, but could not due to a bolt in the caliper housing of a front rotor that would not move (hence the rust product). The mechanic I brought the car to could not use customer parts. The associate, David, that facilitated my return was very rude to me as I tried to explain why I was returning the items. He kept arguing with me about why I thought I could return the ineffective rust product even though I explained several times how the product they sold me did nothing. When he finally went to return the item, I started to tell him why I couldnt use the lug nut and stud, but he rudely interrupted me and said, "I didnt ask about that. I dont care about those." I left the store very agitated. If this is how you treat your customers, dont expect any more business from me.

Went to Oriellys, the Advance Auto Parts across the street then this location for Advance to get an alternator tested. The first two places had difficulty testing the alternator and passed it as good but I was skeptical of it so I took it to this location to get the alternator tested and their machine and employees were the only ones to fail the alternator. Got a replacement alternator and plugged it into the Jeep and it worked just fine. The old alternator once torn apart I found that the coil of wire had a split in it where it was only connecting sometimes but would work when the two ends were seated properly. Not sure if these guys managed to do something different when testing it, the employees had a better idea of what they were testing, or something else but I definitely would say that their input was the most helpful during my troubleshooting.
