I wanted to upgrade my Suzuki Boulevard and purchases a Triumph Thunderbird LT or Harley Road King. Did my research and decided to go with a Triumph. Started looking for the best value around the Kansas City area where I live. Ran across Dillon Brothers in Omaha while searching online (by accident) and the deals looked too good to be true. Called the dealership and was surprised when they said the pricing and selection of bikes was correct. Called the dealerships in Kansas City and no one would even try to touch the package. Since I was buying a Triumph I ended up working with Vincent at Dillon Brothers. With the price on the bike I wasn’t expecting much but Vincent was very knowledgeable, responsive to email and phone calls before the deal occurred and after. He was also very professional and easy to work with. I will definitely recommend Dillon Brothers due to the selection, value and team even with the 195 mile drive to all my friends and family.

I bought my bike in the fall. It was a higher mileage bike so I was concerned about the mechanical status of the machine. After taking it home I found some problems with it. I took it back and the mechanics did some basic check-ups and maintenance. This improved the bike but did not resolve my issues. In the beginning of the new season I received a call from the Rick in the service department. He had me bring the bike in so they could really look into it. They checked many things and repaired anything they found out of spec, and still could fix the major issue. After 4 weeks in the shop and working with Yamaha they resolved the problem and they bike runs great now. Rick was very thorough and made sure everything was right with me and that I was happy with the bike. I will definitely buy my next bike from Dillon Brothers.

Decided it was time to bring some new fun in to my life so I started looking for an ATV. I went to Dillon Brothers and worked with Kody Ullrich on trying to narrow down the perfect machine. We looked at all the options for utility quads and decided on the Brute Force. He had extensive knowledge on the machines that would fit the bill. At no time did I ever feel pressured into making a decision that I wasnt comfortable making. I came back the next day to finish everything up and worked with Scott C in the finance office. He thoroughly explained all the options as far as the extended warranties go. I would highly recommend these two guys here and the Dillon Brothers team if youre in the market for a new toy. Will not be the last time I visit them.

My experience with Dillon Brothers was amazing... I had a bad experience buying an Aprilia Falco on E-Bay that was nothing like it was described in the add. Needless to say no one in Omaha was able to fix or service that bike so i went with the next best option of trying to cut my loss and get myself into something i would love. I ended up riding off in a new 2012 Honda 600RR and i love it! Its been over a year and i dont have my salesmen name with me but his service, knowledge of bikes and ability to find something that would fit my wants and needs was amazing! When i go back i hope he is still there! I would recommend Dillon Brothers to anyone in the market for a bike looking for world class service...

All i can say 100 percent satisfied, I bought a 2009 450r used from somebody It stopped starting the very next morning, and me being new to fuel injected quads had no idea what was wrong I just knew something wasnt right. So long story short they can clearly tell Im upset because Im talking to the guy I purchased it from . To try to get him to pay for it. So what do they do they order me the part for their price and install it. Now they arent no soup kitchen but they dont take advantage when someone is stressed out about a situation. Thanks Ryan, Id personally thank everybody else but Ryan is the only name I remember. But thanks guys. Not like your typical service center, Hats on!!!!!!

Every time I have needed a part for my CB550sc, been in the market for a new helmet or jacket, have some tires put on, or just gone to sit on a few bikes to dream with the kids, I have been greeted with a friendly and professional manner by EVERYONE. The people behind the counter at parts, service, checkout counter and on the phone seem like they want nothing more than for me to have a great experience while in their presence. Great job peeps! My #1 go to store for parts and swag. While it may seem like a bit of a drive to get there, no other store in town can compare on any of these points. Now I only go to the competitions store to pick fruit from their trees :)

Regardless if your a true Triumph geek or just thinking about diving into to becoming a Triumph rider, this is the place for you. Vince will literally take you on a ride of enthusiasm for both the product and the brand. Numerous times I pelted him with questions and he delivers with great knowledge and excitement for Triumphs. The store is well stocked and the staff is far from pushy sales approach but more inline with trying to understand your needs. Added bonus- if your ramping up for a trip they are right there with you making sure you are prepared for a great experience.

"The employee that I always deal with isnt listed he is Martin Tellez. The service that I receive from that department is fantastic. Martin has always gone above and beyond what is expected to fill my orders and make sure I get the as soon as possible. The post office lost one of my orders and when I called to let him know he refilled it and sent it at no cost to me. Later the post office found it and return it to the dealership. The staff there have always been helpful and the parts costs are low and so is shipping costs. Thanks for great service.”

Driving with my family (including three children) on 680 and one of your trucks was right on our bumper and getting angry we wouldnt change lanes. We couldnt. We were sandwhiched in with an SUV and a semi. Once he got around us he cut in front of us, slammed on his brakes, leaned out the window and flipped us off. I dont know who the driver was-he had a beard and obviously no education in representing your company in a positive light. I can only imagine what type of customer service this employee offers your clientele.

“I had an excellent experience with trading/upgrading my 2007 Kawasaki Vulcan 500 for a 1997 Kawasaki Vulcan 1500. I looked at a couple of bikes and even called a couple of friends while Gary was assisting me and he was very patient and not pushy throughout the whole process. He answered all of my questions and even arranged for my new bike to be delivered and my trade-in picked up. My whole experience was excellent and I have already recommend Dillon Brothers and Gary to another friend who is looking to purchase a new bike.”
