Es bonito el centro comercial, pero el personal del condominio no ofrece las estrategias adecuadas a los dueños de tiendas y kioskos para que puedan vender más, sino todo lo contrario, te limitan demasiado a la hora de vender y mostrar el producto a las personas que transitan por el mall. En realidad le pondría estrellas en negativo, pero no hay la opción.

This mall needs DESPERATE UPDATING! Its stuck in the 80s/90s. This Mall used to be great when it first opened but lack of updating and keeping up with the ever growing area that is Pines....its fallen on some rough times at least aesthetically. Stores in this mall are good- could be better but it does serve its needs. i just hate going here because well to be honest, its just a nicer experience going to Pembroke Gardens- its just nicer (with the exception of Parking- u can be in and out faster and go to the store you want). i really hope the give this mall a much needed facelift it needs! Better stores would come- add a movie theater! That would be KILLER! for now its just ok...

I live maybe 30 minutes away from here but I prefer this mall over Aventura, simply because it has a couple stores that aventura doesnt. One thing tho is that its employees (Claires, Gap, Churro Mania to name a few. Especially Claires & Gap), are very rude & you can just tell they dont want to be there. I had a bad experience at the register at Claires, my cashier looked very disconnected & uninterested. I work at retail too, but I even give off better vibes than the employees at this mall. disgusted & disappointed.

Malls are usually really crazy packed but this one seems to have all the rude people in it. The people who work here are fairly nice for the most party but the customers are rude as hell. The place itself is really clean and they have great food choices. I.e. the china food and chick-fil-a are the best, just saying. This mall has a pretty wide range of store and shops you can go to and look around. Parking is a little hard unless your okau walking though department stores.

Its the mall so love the location and the stores from Macys to H&M you can always find something you love plus the food court has great selection of food food to pick up if not you have a ton of options in the area. Love not only the Pembroke Pines Mall but the Gardens to enjoy outdoor shopping and dinning. The Gardens has my favorite burger place Fruddruckers to the Tavern to Brios so lets say you can pretty much go for an entire day to shop both locations.

The Food court has a variety of different food to select from. Its a pretty big mall you will find pretty much anything you are looking for from household products and decor to clothing, shoes jewelry and perfumes. Cell phone service connections as well. It would probably take you about 2-5 hours to navigate the entire mall given you are shopping and in a store for about 15-30min or so. Great mall, good food and enough parking!

This mall appears to be on its last life. Unless the owners come up with a unique way to revive it, I dont see it lasting thru the cycle. Same place it has been for 20+ years. I applaud the solar panels, perhaps an education component will get people more interested and adding some unique shops as well as unique experiences would be beneficial for this mall. I avoid it at all costs. Traffic is a nightmare.

There are not very many places to shop. Yes there are some higher end stores like Michael Kors , Pandora, but as a whole its either higher end or nothing at all. A lot of " pop up" stores here today gone tomorrow. Many of the well known shops have vacated this mall and have got to Pembroke Gardens. Stores are hit or miss when it comes to customer service.

Like the Anchor Stores -Macys, Sears, Jcpenny, Dillards...JC Penny Salon is Nice, Charlotte Russe, Forever 21, Disney Store, Chick-fil-a, Say Cheese in the Food Court, Nice Merry-Go-Round in Food Court for the Kids, Starbucks, Haagen Dazs, and Kiosks in the Center of Mall where can find some unique Asian Gifts, Massagers, Henna, NYX Cosmetics

This malls stores are fine. But there are about 2 benchs to sit on per 800 people here. But instead of space to sit they have extra mall kiosk shops in the center of the walkways. So if you enjoy people trying to shove stuff in your face as you walk by. And not sitting while you wait for your wife, gf, or SO in a store, this place is for you.

A falta de competencia (como mall) es lo que hay a mano. Variedad de tiendas y gran estacionamiento. La ausencia de cines y el cierre tan temprano son una falla.

A nice change of pace type of mall. Most malls are big, and overly congested, but Pembroke Lakes Mall has a nice medium of traffic. The stores youll find at most other malls, but less crowds. Obviously during the holidays all that gos out the window, but on a day to day , this mall is the go to if youre trying to get in, and out.

A nice sized mall that basically covers all your basic clothing needs .. there is a Macys jcpenny and also Dillard along with the typical mall stores : journeys hot topic traffic etc... the small boutiques have great buys I personally like The store giti. Food court is decent and mall is usually not super crowded

This blue bear was waiting a customer to ride. It was so so lonely, that I took this photo. The others animals were skating and rolling around the floor with children, parents, and grandparents. Go visit .. Ill name it .. BB for Blue Bear. Have fun .and be happy. He is waiting to give you a ride.

A lot good restaurants are here, like Pines Ale house, Buffalo Wild Wings, and Miami Grill, plus others, and the mall itself is a better mall than Broward Mall and more parking than Pembroke Gardens, but still the traffic here gets pretty bad. Come in the off times, if you dont enjoy moronic drivers

This mall will close on 8/9/17 @ 3pm and will be permently closed from 8/10/17 - forever. There will be a marriott hotel, regal cinemas 19. Available in spring 2019!!! Petco, Toys R us & Target closing too!! Even El dorado is closing!! Restaraunts are temporarily closing... ...noooooooo!!
