I would have ranked this higher if everything had been as "easy" as it first appeared. I like the staff generally, though the manager (a sweet and bouncy young lady with a cool name I am unfortunately now forgetting . . .) was very excited to sign me up for Direct TV. This was not what I went in for nor needed, but the possibility of a good deal and her assurance if I change my mind I could just call her that day or anytime and shed cancel it and refund my money for the sign-up (only $30) would be easy. Well that was where this tale goes horribly wrong! I DID call back -that same day, because my partner said no way. He didnt want us to switch and we were getting the same kind of deal so that should have been it . But it wasnt. I never spoke again directly to the manager and the staff seemed stuck on how to easily "Cancel" the installation order. I thought it was resolved on Monday after a FAR too long time on the phone with a very confused sounding sales rep. Three days later I was still getting automated (dont you love those) phone calls about my installation that week. I called the store AGAIN and got the same confused responses and assurances it would be handled. And guess what happened on the am of the installation day? And at 7AM no less!!! Yup, an automated phone call waking me up to tell me the installer was on his way. And the Direct TV office didnt open up until 8 so there was no way to reach a human until then (I tried). Fast forward to today - AFTER I have now called the actual store no less than 4 times, gotten no return phone calls letting me know this has been handled, I spent a solid almost 2 hours on the phone with Direct TV and thought it was cancelled out. Then the email and texts started prompting me to complete my installation process?! SERIOUSLY?! I just talked to a nice kid named Aaron, who again said the other manager isnt in until Thrs. and he would make sure SHE got the message and that this was resolved. Yeah, Ive heard that before. Maybe this time it will be true. Stay tuned . . .

I was in this store today. There was no one there. They still forced me to give 2 different people my phone number 4 times. The sales person, Nada, was short in his speech, slow in reply, and overall just plain impolite. The first guy, Shannon I think, was professional but obviously unhappy. I appreciated his help and if he were able to help me perhaps the experience would have been borderline satisfactory. Unfortunately the sales person I had to deal with was significantly sub-par. While Ive been in this store before and they were good, this cannot get a pass in my book. Obviously, something has gone wrong here and it needs to be fixed.

I have to say I am extremely impressed with the service at this location. I wanted to change provider and phone and one day I decided reading the previous reviews that I will visit the local AT&T store instead of going to the big mall. Jerry helped me from the moment I stepped in. He is professional, patient and never rushed me while going over the plans, and options. Even when an impatient customer cut us off in line he was extremely nice and helpful. I have to wait for my new phone but I dont mind it at all because I dont think I was ever treated so professionally by any other cell phone company or their staff.

Upon arrival there were 3 representatives assisting 3 customers. Within 10 minutes one representative finished up, came over to us and explained he was in training; he was unable to help. Approximately 20-25 minutes after arriving, the 2nd representative disappeared. At the 45-50 minute mark it was time to go. It was disgraceful. Zero stars would have been a better choice but that option is not available.

Great environment, friendly and patient staff! I signed up for Direct Tv at this location and it ended up being a better deal than Cable Vision! Keep up the great work! People complain about wait times but will walk into an Apple store and "sign in" without a problem or wait on the line at Walmart..everything cant be an ez pass lane...and even than sometimes you have to WAIT!

not enough staff to manage traffic & demands of the buyers. WAITED 45 minutes to be seen - while reception rep (Store Manager?) - greeted people @ the door but then didnt help anyone (other than to tell them to WAIT)! often there was no-one to "greet" and she could have helped... but "Thats not how its done here!" 45 minute WAIT is INEXCUSABLE!!

I have called to cancel an order I did 3 days ago. They put me on hold for 45 minutes without coming back to me. They use this technique to not cancel your order. AT&T customer service is overall bad. This store is very bad. I am seriously considering to move to other carriers as soon as my contract with AT&T is finished in a month.

I agree with the other reviewer - the staff there is great. I bought my iPhone there - I had no idea what to ask and this really nice and helpful guy - Gabriel Paz (I just looked up his card to check the name) walked me thru the whole deal, explained everything and was very patient. Really great service!

The rude manager, told us "No Problem." and laughed as he told us it would be a long wait. He said there were many others in front of us. The store appeared empty. We went in to get our company phones set up. We, as, a private enterprise company, would be out of business if we acted this way.
