They dont seem to care about you or your business. They are the opposite of trying to be nice & wanting your business, They are rude & Im about to inconvenience myself by travelling a lot further to another UPS store or, more likely, use USPS to ship. Just found out that USPS has a lot of different sixe cartons. If any UPS executive reads this, & is in a position to exercise this type of authority, the present employees or their distributorship shd not be representing a quality organization like UPS.

horrible location. Hours arent properly advertised. Arrived at 6:20, they close at 630. The gate was down & I could hear people talking in the back room. I noticed a lot of people have had the same issue. Location needs new owners. I wouldve given 0 stars if it were allowed
