Horrible. Compre un colchón, se hundió, llame al departamento de garantia, enviaron al técnico a mi casa, este determinó que efectivamente debían cambiarlo. Pague un transporte para llevarlo a la tienda y el manager me trato bien mal y me dijo que dicho colchón había perdido la garantía porque se había ensuciado en el trayecto de la casa a la tienda. Dicho colchón era la segunda vez que lo cambiaba por la misma razón y jamás le encontré dicha mancha. volví a llamar a garantia y estos me respondieron que el cambio era bajo el criterio del manager En fin, mercancía muy mala y maltrato al cliente. Estoy en espera de denunciarlos a Telemundo responde.

If I can rate this a 0 I would. I called to ask if I could return some tables since I got them in a hurry and when I placed them in my living room they were too big. Well an employee by the name of BRITNEY (or however you spell her name) told me I could return them for store credit OR get the money added to my account. Turns out BRITNEY does not know what she is talking about. When I called Sunday to confirm I was going to drop off the order, the "MANAGER" on duty was rude, loud and did not have ANY costumer service at all. She told me I was wrong, lying and that all sales are final. Please stay away from this store. To save a couple of hundred dollars it is not worth it. Also, I bought a mattress from here. Called the warranty department and set up an inspection technician came to the house and declared our mattress was 1.5 inches deep and that we were eligible for a new mattress. Well he was wrong, it is supposed to be 2.0 inches. This store was supposed to call me as soon as the report came back to let us know. Well they never did, I had to call back 2 weeks later to find out we were not eligible. Please stay way from this store! Their employees are lazy, rude and extremely unprofessional!!!!!!!

I went and brought all my furniture from this rooms to go center. Everything I brought was fine except the bedroom set which was purchased brand new. Six months down the line I noticed my mattress was caving in so I called warrantee on the bed and when they removed the mattress they pointed out that the problem isnt the mattress but it is the bed which I purchased from rooms to go. The bed legs were basically dangeling and I was told not to put my mattress back on this bed set unless I get this fixed. Putting the mattress on could result in the whole bed collapsing while Im sleeping. I called rooms to go to help me get this problem fixed and they refused to help me because I purchased at a clearance center. Saddest part is I was never told the bed set was as is (even though it was brand new). I was just told to sign here and sign there and payment. I am really disappointed in this company and expected much better. I would definetly never do business here again

So my boyfriend and I decided to get a new living room , we went to this location and chose a 5 pieces that was on sale foe $780, the seller explain to us we were going to get what was displayed at the moment which was the sofa the love seat , the recliner,one end table and a glass table , ii was a pretty good deal , as for my boyfriend the one thing he was exited about was the recliner . so we place the order a week after we went to pick it up. we got the sofa the love seat, and 3 glass tables . we had rent a truck by the way . When we went to customer services they called the guy who sold it to us , he was like well i told them its not me , he was very vague , he didnt give a danm about us , we went a cancel the order , they didnt not even apologize for making the mistake or say nothing , as if they had i would have probably buy it still , one of them was like , whats not to take you have two tables for free . This was my first and last trip to room to go

My husband and son went today to get a sofa set we got there, they waited 48 min to finally get this man TULIO assistance.....he saw my kid almost kill with the ottoman falling on his head trying to load it to the truck. He did not offer any assistance! as a human been we help when we seone struggling, this furniture is not free werepaying for it! I cant understand what companies like rooms to go hire lazy rude un considered people to work for them? This is not the first time I am getting furniture at this location I always got help when picking up the stuff! Also the security guy was just standing there doing nothing! amazing!!

Bought several pieces. Service was pretty fair for the time of evening I went in and so was the price. I bought a very nice bunk bed that was 40% off market price as well as 7 others pieces and had it delivered next day. They did forget the painting but wasnt on the original invoice.

It is currently taking 3 weeks for my furniture to be delivered, due to miscommunication, and a lack of at least decent customer service. This is the last time I order furniture from this place.

They are great, but as a woman when putting things in the car or truck nobodys can help you to tie anything. We know is against the policy ,still someone should be able to help.
