We live out of town, so we depend on GoWireless Verizon. Weve had their service for years, and most recently, my mother (who is 72 years old, not tech savvy at all, and English is NOT her first language), had some problems with overage and understanding what exactly is a GB, etc...Normally, Im around to help but this time I wasnt. So my mother decided to go to the Verizon store and see how they could assist, and wow did they assist. My mother explained to me how they helped her tremendously and most importantly, how patient they were with her, explaining everything step by step, and as simple as possible so she could understand why and what exactly is "overage" and GB. They also upgraded her wifi hot spot because, it was quite old. She was so happy with their service, she went on and on how lovely everyone working there on the date of 3/17/17 was. Later that day, I called to thank them for their kindness, professionalism, and knowledgeable way they assisted my mother. I know this review only allows for 5 stars, but they really deserve more like twenty! NOTHING can replace excellent customer service and treating people, who may not be as knowledgeable about technology, in a respectful manner... NOTHING! so BIG THANK YOU AGAIN --

I had a wired experience here. The service was fine the staff was efficient but the woman who was helping me was, I assume a manager or supervisor to the young man helping a woman and her daughter at the next table so she kept interjecting into their conversation. It was a little off putting especially when she started talking about relgion and specifically one relgion she was strongly against. Never a good idea. I got the chip for my phone and left shaking my head.

Absolutely useless staff the women at the front desk didnt even pay attention to me she was " looking at google maps of puerto rico" instead of doing her job I dont live in the area anymore and brought all the necessary account information and needed an upgrade and they wouldnt give it to me absolutely ridiculous. I cant believe I put down one star for this horrible store if you want a pain free phone shopping experience dont do it here this place sucks.

I walked in and was greeted with an inviting atmosphere and beautiful smiling faces. The shining stars were two employees by the names of Brittany and Autumn. They were professional and helped me with all my phone services.

Be aware this is not a Verizon store, but a certified Verizon retailer and therefore has different policies about returns and exchanges. Returns can only be done to their stores and not to all Verizon locations
