Wife had an absolutely horrific experience. After a full hour, they couldnt get my gift card to work, EVEN THOUGH it stated there was a balance (their system was having issues.) All over $16 - I offered to let them KEEP my card so they could figure it out in their own time - they refused. Money was on the card, they just refused to use it due to their technical issues. After all was said and done, the mall was closed. I was with a small child and asked if we could use their back door to leave for security purposes - the employee told us "we have no back door." A person at the starbucks in the mall queued me into the secret emergency exit (thank you starbucks person.) Upon going through the hallway behind the exit door, LOW AND BEHOLD, we pass a door "DISNEY STORE BACK EXIT." There was a buzzer.. which I rang about 50 times. Summary - Disney store employee could not help me AND LIED to me. Wow. I hope they look up the employees working this particular evening (november 24th 2014) and write them up. Horrible, horrible service.
