I highly recommend staying away from events at the Toy Garden. My sister and myself both took our children to the silhouette artist event and we both had bad experiences. I arrived with my child 20 minutes early and somebody who arrived after us tried to take our place. There was no organization and it was left to me to assert that not only were we supposed to be going first, we had been there first. The couple who tried to usurp seemed to have the full support of Toy Garden staff and artist- I was scowled at and treated with indifference. The next day my sister went with her child. People were double booked and an employee actually went before a customer- unheard of in my employment experience.

I have been in this store many times and also ordered on line many times. I have never been disappointed in product or service. The quality of products is way above the average toy store. I think this, plus the knowledge and helpfulness of their employees seems, to me, to be their main concerns. As a grandmother always looking for really good toys to give, this is my go-to place.
