I love this place. My girlfriend introduced me to this place and now im addicted to buying these blind toys boxes from different series. I cant stand how its so much like gambling b/c you wont know what youre gonna get until you open it!Everything there is super expensive, but for a once-in-a-while treat, its okay to buy little zipper pulls ($3-$8) or the smaller series ($6-$8)...just dont get too carried away! Its even a fun store just to browse though!

This is the best toy store that I have found in LA. It is a local joint run by a brother/sister duo since 1968. They have a HUGE selection, and really great activity toys, wooden toys, Legos etc. So glad we found this place to support a local business and find awesome/unique toys as our daughter grows. You wont regret it!

STAR TOYS is great. The owner is super helpful and friendly and there is so much selection. They have been in Brentwood for 40 years...The kids will LOVE it. and it is actually a pretty big store even though from the front it looks smaller A+++++++++++++ -JIM

Great customer service who called when there were not enough Dino favors for my order. I selected alternate toy for few they didnt have. They did not charge me star since it was not same exact price. Looks like quality favors. Cant wait to give to the kids.

Easily one if the great toy stores! Huge selection of everything except the mass market stuff at Walmart or Toys R Us. Lots of unique things, lots of educational and hands on stuff too. Prices are reasonable. Free gift wrapping.
