welcome to dealing with union employees! they are way over paid for a jobs that, aside from butchering, require no skill set. long lines here are the worst and they show no sense of urgency. hey, i have a crazy idea...instead of having someone dedicated to the flower shop area prepping more balloons for no one OR having your produce person stack the apples higher (because 80 apples just arent enough for the moment) how about yanking someone from somewhere and have them help! and then theres the fact that the selection has changed so dramatically to accommodate the invasion of the Chinese to walnut. i can hardly ever find my favorite cut of steak anymore. you awful people have your ranch market. go there and stay out of our American stores. theyre almost always making long lines even longer by trying to complain their way out of paying the correct price for items.

Their customer service is terrible. After I checked out, I found their computer system didnt give me the discount as shown on the ad. I tried to talked to supervisor but he was arrogant and kept ignoring me even though I told him I had no time waiting and needed to pick up my son after school. Finally, the supervisor worked on my problem but he seemed to purposely do it very slowly. It seemed he tried to make me think I shouldnt get the discount. I couldnt stand anymore so I told him I wanted to refund everything. After he heard me said that, he gave me the discount I deserved immediately. It took me almost 40 minutes just to get the discount.

They advertise the Pure Leaf Ice Tea on special on their ad, I walk all the way there because I dont have a car I get to Vons and is not a single bottle in the hold store I ask one of the managers if I cut get a rain check he told me no I ask way he told me it was a store policy, because it was a Friday special I point out to him that in the ad dos not said anything about that policy and he just keep telling me that was store policy, I was very disappointed and upset because that was the only reazon I walked all the way there :(

I love Vons but this location is pretty disappointing. It is messy and not well-stocked. The selection of fresh bread and other bakery items is minimal and all over the store there are unstocked items. There often isnt anyone at the deli counter and their case by the deli to get prepacked premium cut meats is empty every time I have gone in the last month since I moved here. They dont even fill that section anymore. These are just a couple of the disappointing features of this location when compared to other Vons stores.

Idiots plain and simple. 15 people in line on one checkout stand and wont open another one. Im from out of town and dont have a vons card. They wouldnt scan one for me and overpaid like hell for what I bought. I dont have time to argue or fill out applications for a card. Dont know why i didnt go to Walmart in the first place. Way cheaper and dont need a card to get advertised price.

This place hates coupon users. In fact, they wont even accept coupons printed from their own website. Staff are generally grouchy. Guys in the meat dept are more interested in hitting on girls then helping customers. Avoid this place like the plague. You are better off driving to the Vons in Hacienda Heights or Diamond Bar.

Ive seen previous review and all if them are complains... I come every week to this store and so far no issues, the cashiers are very nice, if I forget my vons card, they swipe their card!! So I give 4 stars because of the price, some products are a little bit high.

I come shopping for my Aunt and Uncle. Twice a week at the Vons in Walnut . All the employees are very friendly and helpful. One thing I noticed this store doesnt carry decaffinated instant tea at all .Ive been checking every time.

This is the best Vons - they always have gluten free items on sale for my sad allergic self. Staff is friendly, and this location is always very clean and organized.
