I have always been a returning customer for this location, but after my experience with one of the workers and the way the manager handled the situation was upsetting. I just had recently came back from vacation so my skin color darkened due to my tan so I wanted to buy new foundations. As Im browsing with my sister in the beauty section, we are having a difficult time figuring out which foundation best suited us. I got a tiny sample from the one I thought was the best and compared it on my skin. It was the perfect match so I was for sure to purchase it, but I decided to go the other section of make-up brands to get another foundation to match the one I just had found. As Im doing so, the employee that was in charge of the area came with a very derogatory voice tone and spoke to me in the rudest way possible and stated to get out of the beauty section and to leave. As soon as he stated that he snatched the foundation out of my hands and began to raise his voice. I was shocked of such rudeness. As I tried to explain myself he kept interrupting me and kicked me and my sister out and I immediately went to find a manager on site, but to my surprise the manager didnt do anything. I would have loved for an apology. I understand that sampling is not allowed, but let me remind you that the same product I tried on was the same product I was going to purchase before it got snatched out of my hands and was rudely kicked out. We are all human beings and I wasnt there for any bad intentions and the situation could have been handled in a better way. It shocks me how people in their working environment feel allowed to raise their voice and be rude to a potential customer. Ive never in my life felt so disrespected. FYI the employee Im speaking of is in his older 40 s with a mustache and supported by his cane. I am no one to judge, but after that type of rudeness I will never ever go back there again. My money is precious and if I come to your store to purchase something, I expect good customer service as anyone else would. I hope no one ever goes through this type of rudeness again.

Me desesperan las señoras que trabajan ahí acomodando cosas, nunca de los nunca, te saben dar una información de donde encontrar un producto. No exagero es la verdad, me acerco a preguntar dónde encontrar hasta un simple biberón o cepillo y nomas pasan los ojitos por toda la tienda. Creo que al entrar a trabajar ahí deberían mostrarle la tienda para que medio la conozcan. Aparte la cajera, que por cierto estaba en él número 17, ni buenas noches, ni muchas gracias. Él servicio al cliente DEBE SER CORDIAL. Y esa señora era una completa... Espero que pongan atención a esos detalles, que aunque parezcan pequeños es lo que atrae o retira al cliente.

Horrible ... just remembered ... I was about to drIve there tonight but thought let me call first serif they can connect to electronics . My past experiences wit 24 hour walmart have usually been great ; working folks like to asnwer and keep busy . I needed a gps so I thought let me call forst. So it s 12 am and noone picks up after the greeting of " hallo thank you for calling walmart ". Very bizarre as walmart ususally has a menu amd will state working hours too, etc. The phine just rang and rang ... So I remembered that I been there once ( inm out of state but been off and on here ) ..and this location had treated me vwry rudely when returning a defective product So I started reading the reviews . Thank ypu Walmart patrons for rating this place ! Now I know it s not 24 hours. Read all reviews . How sad of mexicans to blame non Mexicans foe such an unprofessionally ran place. This walmart should not be part of the chain and should be named mexwart to make all Mexicans happy . THIS WALMART IS NOT WANT WALMART STANDS FOR ! Salute Mexico !

"Eric" I believe his name is has ZERO management skills. Tried to make a return but didnt have the receipt (had all the information to look it up though). When an associate asked for his help looking it up he cowardly made no eye contact as he brushed the both of us away said he doesnt have time to. And walked away. Finally found him just to be brushed off once again. I told him I really dont mind waiting I just wanted to know an approximate time to meet back up if Im going to wait around. But he couldnt even give me that, even laughed continuing to walk away (which, I understand you work at Walmart but have at least a little professionalism). Ive worked retail management before and I understand looking up receipts arent the most exciting thing but I had no idea it was exceptavle to simply tell a customer I dont have time for that. The only reason for 2 stars is because thankfully a different manager actually did the best he could to help me. I didnt catch his name but he went above and beyond to get me the help I needed. Thank you!

Im FAT. I will often find that the male clothes section in a department store is neglected. Imagine my surprise when I was just looking through the clothes when I actually found my size. Like other stores, they didnt have a lot of the 3XLs, but they were more than easy to spot since the organizational system there is phenomenal. Not only is it color-coded for size, its not "ringed off" as some stores do - the correct size is on the correct hanger. I HAVE to give this Wal-Mart five stars. It is one of the few Wal-Marts in my area that is organized, clutter-free, and always in care by the employees. You can not beat the savings on their clearance racks either. I got two shirts (that fit well and look great) at $3.00 each!
