The customer service at this location exceeds expectation every time. This current time (3/14/2017 at 16:14) I had the pleasure of meeting Elmer as he was the cashier. I have shared parenting with my dog (Gunner) and I intended on dropping him off a few hours prior. This resulted in not having a food dish on me nor food to eat. Elmer was kind enough to allow my furry kid to eat his dinner in the warmth of the store prior to leaving. This is the kind of gesture that makes me drive out of my way to go to this store. I wish I had left reviews for the others that have assisted me. To the best of my knowledge, I believe her name was Jen or Jennifer. It cant just be a coincidence that I meet both your best employees. This establishes a pattern of phenomenal hiring or a great training program established my management. Either way, both were delightful individuals that guarantee all my future supply purchase will be here. The staff at this location is what sets it apart. Im always greeted, made aware of specials going on, and given helpful recommendations on each visit. Last time, the gentleman who helped me out even gave me a coupon for the cat food I purchased! Incredible customer service and passion like this keeps me coming back, and I always appreciate how helpful the employees here are.

Nate at the Fairview Park store is truly an asset to have when Im shopping! I went in for new food for our puppy and he personally walked me through the store and helped me pick exactly what I wanted and needed! From peanut butter to Merrick food to toys, he helped me do it all! Very appreciative! Great store! Very clean and incredibly helpful and friendly staff!

I recently brought in a Boxer and needed everything! The guys there were awesome and so full of knowledge! They helped to even put it in my car..... My hands were full. Haha thank you for having great associates! They all deserve a raise!

They have a huge selection of healthy dog food and treats. My pup always gets a treat from the cashier. and I can pickup supplies for my fish. One day, I just might come home with a ferret too!

The people here are so friendly and helpful. They have a great selection and dog, cat, and other small mammal foods,treats,care and etc. Much better roving than PetSmart and Petco.
