My wife and I are completely blown away at our Carvana Experience! I will never buy another pre-owned car from anyone but them! I was trying to buy the Mrs. a kick-butt Anniversary present and i figured "combine the practical with a bit of indulgence". Since the Mrs.s older car was on the fritz, i thought "why not get her the car she had been talking about for the last year" My Father-in-law had a great experience with Carvana and as a prudent Son-in-law, I took his advise and used Carvana. Initially, our experience with Carvana was not as smooth as his. Sadly, we had two snafus in getting her the car in time for our anniversary date. The first car we chose had a problem right off of the Carrier. The dealership took two day to look at it and by then, we decided to look at another car. The carrier transporting the 2nd car we chose, broke down and added another day. But dont stop reading here! Let me share with you how the folks at Carvana blew our doors off and made things right! Ok, so our rep Kristi and all of the genuinely-caring team at Carvana could just said "oh well, things happen". But they did not say this to us! Here is what they said and did: First they helped us with some of the rental car expense that we incurred. While we were waiting, a team member kept us in the loop of happenings at least once a day. Next, what blew us even more away was that they offered to deliver "Ruby" at a time that was convenient for us... did you catch that? "a time that was convenient for us!" Heres where things get even better! Kristi personally delivered the car and actually arrived at the time we agreed for the car to be delivered. After we made introductions, she handed my wife a bouquet of flowers (very classy!). Next, she handed her the keys to the car, with the key on a keychain of her favorite sports team (genius move!). The car showed up exactly as shown in the picture (no more "Auto Trader surprises"). After inspection and a quick test-drive, we went upstairs to our condo and signed the paper-work at the dinner table in less than a half an hour (When we bought our Hyundai from the dealership last year, i lost six hours of my life sitting in one of the most lack-luster showrooms.) Finally, the complimentary "goodies bag" had a little "extra-something". It would appear that Kristi went out and got some PJs of the Mrs favorite sports team, matching the key chain.. It would appear that romance is not dead at Carvana! They upped the ante even more with a gift certificate of one of favorite restaurants, making our anniversary would complete (i would not have been surprised if they would have sent over a sitter for the kids on that rare date-night). You dont have to be Nostradamus to see that Carvana is going to "own" the Pre-owned Auto Market! They have figured out a way to make things way too simple. I was approved for financing at a reasonable interest rate in about 10 minutes. I knew exactly what my car payment was, as well as all other options (Gap insurance, which is a must!, extended warranty, etc.) prior to the purchase. Plus, if we dont like the car, we can return it after seven days, no penalty. Their genuine concern and flexibility to meet our needs convinced me that their Core Credo is "Integrity"! Thank you Kristi and everyone at Carvana for making this such an amazing experience and am amazing anniversary! The Mrs. and i are "WOWED" by each of you! -Marko

Great service, price, savings, and vehicle! First, a little background info: As long as Ive known my wife, shed always told me that she wanted a minivan, but until recently we never had a good reason to buy one. Once we found out we had twins on the way, that all changed, and I started my search for the perfect van. Whether Im looking for something as big as a new house, or as insignificant as a computer mouse, I spend a LOT of time doing my homework and researching everything I can find. As you can imagine, the time I spent on a $20k+ decision was no exception, and I looked everywhere I could. Every night for weeks I was looking at every online car search website, online auction, and smart phone search app I could find, but nothing really seemed like that great of a deal. Once I found one I liked, I still had to go to the dealership or individual and check out the vehicle for myself, which is a pain to begin with, but becomes more complicated with two babies in tow. Then one evening I came across Carvana, and it seemed almost too good to be true. Not only were comparable vehicles cheaper than anywhere else I had seen, but they would also handle all the legwork and even deliver the vehicle to my front door! I spent a whole night just researching Carvana to make sure it was legit. Once I was satisfied, I created an account and spent a few nights looking at the vans that were available, putting together my favorites, and for probably a week I sat on these selections contemplating which I should go with, looking at the 360-degree views over and over. Late one Sunday night I decided to hit the GO button and begin the purchase process. Aside from a few quick phone calls to an advocate and a trip to a local Notary Public, the process took place entirely online. I even got an outstanding interest rate on my loan through Carvana/GO Financail, for which I set the terms myself right on the website. From the night I took the plunge until the van was dropped off at my door, just shy of a week had gone by. The delivery just happened to fall one day before Mothers Day, so I was able to surprise my wife with her new minivan! If not for the excellent photos and descriptions, I would not have even considered making the purchase. The fact that Carvana did not try to pass off their vehicles as perfect like a lot of other places do really made the difference. Not only were the imperfections pointed out, but they also had close-up views of each. Along with the van, a temporary operating plate and registration arrived in the mail, so that as soon as the van was in my driveway, we were able to get in and start driving. After a few weeks, our permanent plates arrived from my states DMV, the cost of which was included in the overall cost of the purchase. The only thing I had to take care of was getting my new vehicle added to my insurance policy - everything else from transfer of title to plates was taken care of by Carvana. The van even came with a fresh oil change, wash, wax, and a full tank of gas! My only complaints: The van had a set of generic floor mats rather than the factory set, so I bought a used factory set online. The delivery was postponed by about 24 hours from the original estimate due to delays that were experienced by the delivery contractor. This worked out though as the final delivery date wound up on Saturday which meant I did not have to miss any work to receive the vehicle.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE! If youre reading this before buying a car from Carvana, just know I was a complete skeptic before the Carvana experience. If youre like me, you might even think these reviews are fabricated by the company. Let me be the first to tell you that I was so wrong! Every morning, Carvanas commercial would play while watching the morning news. You know, the one with the guy in his kimono while buying a car from home "that didnt suck!" While I was in the market for a car, dealers kept on tacking more and more prices to the starting price of the vehicles I was interested in. I had spent the last year and half improving my credit drastically that I had damaged when I was 18. (Im 30 now). I was at a 640, and dealers were asking for 14-17% APR. I decided to give this a shot. The inventory seemed never ending. The hardest part about this whole experience was deciding which car to get because of the plethora of choices. I knew I wanted a hatchback, and then, I finally found it. It was a 2015 Nissan Versa Note, with only 7000 miles at a price that was completely affordable. Before even deciding to purchase the car, Carvana will do a soft credit check that does not affect your credit score to give you an idea of your financing terms, and what your monthly payments will be, which was super helpful in deciding which car to get. Carvana only asked of me a $500 down payment. Once I went through with the purchase, the process was so simple. Fill out your information, and once you decide to purchase the vehicle, and follow through with the process, everything is so simple and quick. Like I said, the most lengthy part was deciding on which car to get. I was done in less than 10 minutes after I chose the car to purchase. Once everything is done, an advocate will verify all your information, and call you within a couple of hours to confirm the purchase. I manage customer service projects for a call center, and I would have hired this lady in a second. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! She told me the car will be delivered this past Monday, 01/30 at 1PM. On the day of delivery, the driver called me around 12PM asking if it was OK to arrive 15 min early, not later, but EARLY. I was expecting cable guy service, but I received the opposite. I believe the drivers name is Vivek, and he was extremely nice and polite over the phone. He arrived at 12:45 sharp! In person, his customer service was superior. The driver is a Carvana driver, not a third party. Again, extremely friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and there was NO PRESSURE whatsoever. He explained thoroughly every part of the final process of the car purchase. I had the opportunity to test drive the vehicle, and I knew immediately this was the one. If i didnt like it, I could have sent it right back with Vivek. By the way, the car was immaculate, detailed, and extremely clean. It looked brand new! He explained the 7 day trail period, and as he stated, he wanted to answer any questions or concerns because this car buying experience was about "me being happy" as Vivek told me.. And I was!! I have had the car for 7 days now, and I have decided to keep. I CANNOT STRESS ENOUGH HOW BLOWN AWAY I WAS FROM THIS AMAZING EXPERIENCE! I have already recommended this to ALL of my friends, and have blasted this experience all over my social media. If youre on the fence, from one skeptic to another, DO IT! You will not regret this experience!
