By far the worst experience of my life, including having wisdom teeth removed. The most dishonest, disorganized and deceitful car dealership on the planet. Example? Amir Shalash, one of the owners, has to write a review here stating how he would conduct all his "buisness" there. First off, after having the misfortune of dealing with a finance manager that was obviously under the influence of some sort of narcotic due to the fact he was falling asleep and suffering from slurred speech during the time he was processing my credit app shouldve been a proverbial wake up call. I was contacted by the "salesperson", Hunter, later that day stating the deal was done and everything was a go. Backing up a few steps, the car was advertised with "touch screen navigation" on the company website. Upon arrival, I found a $20 head unit in its place and was told the nav unit was "stolen" because it was a bad area and most of the employees have to carry a gun due to fear for their lives. If it were indeed stolen, why not remove this as an option on the dealer site? Sounds logical to me. I was then promised the proverbial world by the salesperson and finance manager with the "best detail you could get", a new battery since this current one left me stranded at a gas pump where I, like someone else, had to pay for my own test drive. I arrive for the day of delivery only to find the car has not been detailed, the battery was original and dead as a doornail and the mileage had changed on the odometer...backwards. Needless to say at that point I thanked them for their time and hit the road at lightning speed away from the lot and never looked back. After this eye opening experience, I decided to delve a bit further into the history of the lot, only to find that one of the owners, Mona Shalash, had plead guilty in Federal court to tax evasion charges in the amount of some $400,000+ dollars by dodging paperwork and making hundreds of deposits for less than $10,000 when the totals were obviously more than such. Innocent until proven guilty, right? Well, she admitted her guilt there. Oh and upon investigation, it was discovered the owners have ties to Iran. I could go on about how one excuse after another was provided during this experience for the poor service provided, down to the fact that the finance manager couldnt wrap up delivery at the scheduled time because, out of his own admission as an excuse, the University of Kentucky medical billing department had stolen his money, his car was repossessed that morning and he had to meet with his attorney to rectify the matter so his disability insurance would pay because he fell off his own roof in May and was without income for (enter various amount of time) when he is obviously working now. Yes folks, Im being serious here. In closing, I beg of you, please purchase a vehicle anywhere but here. There is not one honest body in the place and the complete lack of professionalism and blatant lies are so in-your-face apparent that it I felt compelled to sit and write this review in hopes of saving someone else the misfortune of wasted time at this trainwreck of a business. Please, avoid this place at all costs, no matter the circumstances.

Buyer beware. Ive learned from this lot, that if buying a vehicle be sure to go over it with a "fine toothed comb". And in the event that you find something wrong with the vehicle you decide on, and youve decided to leave the lot with it, be sure to list ALL promises made to you on what they call a, "we owe you paper". Otherwise its like pulling teeth to get them to first admit to the promise made, and then to repair or replace it. Please take note, that the turnover rate of salesmen and managers is so high, you have to act fast to resolve any problems. Especially when getting them to comply with their $100 reference fee. In my experience with them, I was blown off 4 times. Twice by "supposed" managers. One actually made me feel good when he did it, letting my know that he appreciated my business, and how much he/they valued my reference. Hmm, I smell smoke. He never called back as promised. At first I was told that the deal with the car was not completed. My buddy and his wife had the car for a month. I did finally speak to, who I was informed was the owner, Mona. Her reason for not honoring the reference fee made since, so I called my buddy and told them they had to contact her to verify. They were told that Doyle Warren was no longer working there, and since he was the one that finalized the contract, they couldnt honor it. Whaaaa?!?! LOL, all that song and dance to avoid paying $100??? No telling how many people havent tried to get the fee, or how many people have been duped by this lot. Understand, its the principal.

WORST CAR LOT EVER. I TEST DROVE THE VEHICLE IT WAS FINE. NEXT DAY I WENT IN TO FINANCE THE CAR THE SALES GUY GRABBED JUMPER CABLES TO START THE VEHICLE. WHEN I TRIED TO START THE CAR IT WOULDNT START, THEN THE SALES GUY BLAIMED THE ISSUE ON A HEADLIGHT THAT WAS LEFT ON ALL NIGHT. HE PROCEEDS TO SEARCH THROUGH THE ENTIRE LOT TO FIND A BATTERY FOR THE CAR. WHEN I TRIED TO DRIVE OFF THE LOT, THE CAR WOULDNT START. I WAS CLEARLY PISSED OFF AND I TOLD THEM I AM NOT TAKING THIS CAR HOME,THE SALES ASSOCIATE PROCEEDED WITH ITS YOUR CAR NOW IN A SARCASTIC TONE. THE FINANCE MANAGER COMES OUT AND TRIED TO SAVE THE SALE TELLING ME THEY WILL HAVE THE CAR TOWED TO AN AUTO BODY SHOP FOR REPAIR BECAUSE THEY WERE SURE IT WAS SOMETHING MINOR? YET YOU WERE AWARE OF ALL OF THESE ISSUES AND STILL TOLD ME IT WAS A GREAT RUNNING VEHICLE. I PROCEEDED WITH "I WANT MY DOWN PAYMENT REFUNDED AND THE INSURANCE CANCELLED." THE FINANCE MANAGER PROMISED ME THAT IT WAS CANCELLED, AND ALL FUNDS WERE REFUNDED. IVE BEEN UP TO THE LOT EVERY SINGLE DAY FOR THE PAST WEEK AND A HALF, AND GETTING NOTHING BUT THE RUN AROUND FROM THEM. THE OWNERS WIFE TRIED TO CONVIENCE ME TO ALLOW THEM TO KEEP MY DEPOSIT AND THEY WILL CALL ME ONCE THEY GET A NEW CAR IN? I PROCEEDED WITH ABSOLUTLEY NOT! I CONTACTED MY BANK AND WAS ADVISED NOTHING HAS BEEN REFUNDED. THEY ARE VERY DISHONEST, DICECETFUL, AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Best buying experience Ive had in 40 years I have to say it sucks buying cars. The salespeople crawl all over the place like little ants biting you until you agree to give up every last cent you have... But not at Auto select ! My wife and I went in with the standard "were just looking" greeting and we were told that was quite ok and that our sales guy would be available if any questions came up. Long story short, we did have questions about a Pre-owned F-150 we saw this weekend and all of them were answered professionally and without a bunch of sales garbage. We bought the truck and didnt have to spend more than a a little over an hour at this dealership TOTAL from driving on to driving off in our new truck, and that includes the financing part! Great store there guys....keep it up! Goes to show you you dont have to be an unscrupulous dealer to sell cars!
