"Best car purchasing experience of my life!!!!!!!!" I am 52 and I have bought 12 cars in my life but from now on I will only buy my cars from BMVW. They were referred to me from an auto inspector with 40 years experience. He told me, they have great cars. At first I thought it was too good to be true. There prices are significantly better than what you will find elsewhere. In fact, the car I bought was being listed for $2500 more by private sellers. This is a no frills place. If you need to finance a car, dont expect that. Come with cash or get your financing elsewhere. They charge 25% for financing so dont expect financing; it is set up as cash business to keep their costs down and pass them on to the buyer. If you think you are going to haggle, accept their prices and dont be greedy. If you want a warranty, get your car examined and get the warranty elsewhere. Dont feel that because they dont offer warranties that they have questionable cars because this place has incredible deals and very very good cars. As soon as I arrived I was warmly greeted by Mike Thompson. He has been at BMVW for 27 years. He was very cordial and pleasant and exceptionally honest. I was looking at a more expensive Toyota Prius and he said to me, get this car over here, it is a better value for your money. He didnt try to upsell me on the more expensive car. He showed me the car fax and told me why he would get the less expensive car that was older than the one I was planning on buying. I drove the car and it was very nice. I told Mike, I am thinking of having an outside inspector evaluate the car just for my peace of mind. . Mike said, go ahead, I tell everybody they should do that. I chose to have the Toyota Dealer of Union City evaluate it. BMVW even drove the car to the dealership for me and then they came back and picked it up and returned it. Of course, they didnt even think of charging me for this. The dealership called and told me, this car is in Mint shape". BMVW checks their cars to make sure they are not putting lemons on the lot. Then I dealt with William when it came to processing all the paperwork and he was as nice as Mike Thompson. Finally, I got to meet the owner and Mohsen Toosi is an honest and caring as any car owner you will meet. Their prices are amazing. They dont over promise. Their sales reps are not even paid commission so there is no high pressure.. They do not even charge docking fees which save you $699. I needed them to store the car for me for 70 days and they said, no problem, we offer this for free for all of our cars. They even have two warehouses to do this. . Not only will I buy all of my cars from here in the future-even if I move to California; I am buying my cars here-but I am going to tell all of the people I know about BMVW. What an absolute pleasure. I am so happy with this company.

Im an African American USMC veteran, and I felt I was racially profiled. I went to this dealership with my father to take a look and test drive a 1995 Ford E150 that my father wanted to see. We drove it was OK but I came upon a 2013 BMW 350i hard top convertable and I wanted to test drive to see how it runs and if I might potentially buy it. I went to the front and asked about it to one of the managers the manager replied "sure you can but need someone to ride with you". As I waited the owner came out and "said to me that I cant test drive it unless Im in the process of buying it, its policy". I told him "that doesnt make any sense why would I be in the process of buying a car if I havent even test drove it yet, and I just got done test driving the 1995 Ford E 150 with no problem". I told him no worries its OK, so I went back in and asked the manager why do I need to be in the process of buying a vehicle to test drive it. The manager told me that didnt make any sense who said that, I told him "your boss". He was confused as I was so he told me "he was going to ride with me, hold on". I walked back outside to wait, the owner came out again and said to me" umm I can drive it while you sit in the passenger side, Im not trying to be rude just dont want the car to get messed up". Upset by this I told him " thank you very much but no thank yall enjoy the rest of the day". Everybody else was friendly and kind to me except the owner of this dealership. This is why I feel I was racially profiled.

I have waited 6 months before writing this review. In February 2016 I purchased a 2013 Nissan Leaf from BMVW, and did not see the car in person. My mistake, had took the 14 hours round trip to drive there I would not have purchased this car. I made the mistake of assuming, what the salesman said and photos showed were representative of how the car looked. The add photo’s showed a pristine car. The poor touch-up on the rear passenger’s quarter panel was not showed. The deep gouges in two of the wheel rims were not showed. The up close photo of one of the front tires showed a like new tire. What was not shown were the two deeply worn back tires, which had been rotated from the front to the rear. If a photo of the electric motor had been taken it would have shown a badly oxidized pitted aluminum head. I found the communications to be less than satisfactory. I had to repeatedly call and email to get the purchase details ironed out. It was almost as if the sales rep was new, and did not understand the process. I was assured by the salesman that they routinely sold Nissan Leaf’s, sight unseen and many were shipped to Norway. Either I got a bad apple or other customers, overlook defects. I will say the car works and runs flawlessly. However as I now own two Nissan Leaf’s, I know there is not much that can go wrong with an electric car.

I truly cannot say enough good things about this place from the moment I walked in I was treated well and had no pressure on me to buy a car. It was simple to test drive three of their vehicles before deciding which one to buy. They provide a free Carfax with every car many are commercial use (highway miles) so they are well-maintained and have Carfax reports to prove their maintenance records. This is not my first time buying a vehicle. I felt so much more at ease buying a vehicle from this establishment rather than majority of the dealerships that use high pressure sales tactics. Another great thing is you can purchase insurance for just a few hundred dollars to guarantee your vehicle runs well. Mike was straightforward with everything with everything from the beginning and at no point did he pressured me into buying a vehicle. Thank you Mike. The F-150 is driving great. I look forward to future vehicle purchases as well as recommending you to friends and family. Trust me citizens, dont pay dealership fees at other dealerships. The pricing is straightforward. Take your time to stop by this place the next time your looking for a reliable vehicle. Thank you again BMVW.
