Total Wine & More has a great many issues in need of addressing. The floor staff and cashiers are quite friendly but management leaves a great deal to be desired. The wine displays are deceptive to the point of being criminal. How much effort does it take to keep the product tags updated? How much effort does it take to keep the vintages seperated. One may see for example 2012 and reach for a few bottles, expecting them all to be 2012. Get them home and one will find 1 or 2 bottles are not 2012, but 2013 or 2014. However, the price remains at the 2012 mark. This is criminal!!! Management can say whatever they care to, they are NOT telling the truth and are willfully deceiving customers and overcharging them. Also, employees who work on the floor should have a basic knowledge of the products sold in the store. I can think of only one genteman who actually is knowledgeable AND extremely polite and helpful. I shop once monthly at Total Wine for a friend who is unable to do so for himself, and is a patron of the store, otherwise I would NEVER set foot in that place! Furthermore, God help you if you are in need of the restroom! Today I arrived shortly after store opening and found the ladies room to be an absolute FILTHY MESS!!! Clearly it had not been cleaned last night or before opening this morning. This is not the first time I have arrived at opening and found the restroom in that condition. This morning, like other visits, I took photos. Total Wine is neither clean or ethical and I have already begun the process of having the store investigated. Integrity, honesty, respect and appreciation for customers goes a long way Total Wine West Orange. I see the future and this store is NOT in it! HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!

Big craft beer selection. Also carry some fairly rare wines. Lots of parking available. Prices are reasonable and you can buy loose 12oz bottles of beer so youre not stuck with 6 packs.
