I had a great experience here today. I went around 6 PM without an appointment, so I figured Id have to wait. That wasnt the case. I was greeted right away and directed to Ken, who was very helpful in fixing my MacBook Pro issue. I see this place has been getting mixed reviews, but Im giving it a solid 5/5. Definitely recommend.

I had to bring in my iPhone7 Case for and exchange. Francesca and Tu were very helpful. Im not the most patient person, I actually dony have any patients at all. :) However Francesca and Tu were able to deal with me and still made my experience at this apple store a great one! Will be back soon

Employees need more training. Ive been to the store 3 times, each time the employees show lack of knowledge about simple stuff like the iPhone update program basic stuff. As changing carriers after activating, answer is is broad known, yes you can.

Highly recommended..service 1000 times better than Miami beach store. Got my problem solved within 1 hour whereas Miami beach store did not solved my problem and either listened to me. Thank you You guys rock .

Worst costumer service i have ever experienced from apple, they dont even look at you, they just repeat whatever is on their ipad. Basically talking to siri! Prefer buying stuff at best buy.

Super fast service. First day went in for laptop screen issue. Nex day part was in. Next day laptop was ready. Even told me they found something else to fix. Laptop was under warranty.
