The worst possible experience at Staples on 32nd Avenue. I took in my computer on July 2nd and was told by Jaziel C. that all it needed with virus removal, which would take 48-72 hours and would cost $150, I promptly paid the $150 and waited ...and waited ... and waited for my computer. It is now July 10, eight days later and not only do I not have my computer, but no one tells me what the problem is. Inevitably, I get that it will be fixed by the next morning and it never is. No explanation ever given. I spoke to the manager today who seemed concerned and promised to call me this afternoon when the computer is finally ready. The lack of follow-up and most basic courtesy (a phone call would have done) on the part of the Staples staff is infuriating and apparently there is no accountability whatsoever. Jaziel actually tried to hide one time I went in the store & then claimed not to know me. When I questioned him, I got the usual "itll be ready tomorrow." Tomorrow will mark Day 10th for a job that was supposed to take no more than three. No apology, no explanation. Meanwhile, Jaziel was trying to sell me a 2-year Norton Anti-Virus Protection. I can only say that technical know-how and customer service are sorely lacking at Staples on 32nd St. Please do not take your computer there!!

The worst costumer service and product replenishment. For the past two week I have been coming to this store on false information. They say the product will arrive the next day, in two day, & today they don't know, because it automatically orders its self. I spoke with the manager and she reassured me that see has no control over ordering! Amazing! Its impossible to have satisfied customer if you lie to them. Two words "Office Depot"

Worst costumer service I have ever experienced in my life, if you can please avoid this location.There are plenty of Staples in Miami. I had the same problem as everyone who gives this place a review, guy in charge of the copies, binding, and other stuff was the definition of a mediocre, complete minimum work, type of person.

The experience Ive had with the individuals at this particular store specifically in the printing and copying section could have not have been more helpful and patient. Ive come in many times with ideas or copy/scanning questions and theyve been more than generous and useful.

Loves staples! Love my staples rewards! I always find what I need here. Theyre consistently well stocked. My only complaint is that I live way west and this is the closet Staples now, since they closed the one near FIU south. So, its a bit if a drive.

Sad looking inside and out. It is dirty, poorly managed, terrible customer service (doesnt anybody speak English in South Florida anymore?) and most of the lights of their exterior sign are out. Will definitely never go back to this location.

Great store thats usually stocked with everything I need for work and school. The only minor downside are the slightly high prices. The printing services are also extremely useful and affordable when I dont have ink at home!

Only went to the copy and print section but the staff was very helpful and patient. The person who took my order, which was a very huge one, was very attentive and made sure I got what I needed.

Expensive but organized
