I bought a motorcycle from the sister store Ultimate Motors in Fort Worth. The bike was priced great and when i talked to the owner Cory, he said how they have a 24 point inspection that every bike goes through before it can leave the shop. The bike was a 2000 GXSR 600 and it looked a little rough but that was just the body, everything else worked fine at first glance. I put the down payment on the bike on a Wednesday and were supposed to go pick it up on Saturday. Well it wasnt ready on Saturday, and i didnt get to pick it up until the following Wednesday. I had the bike for one day, and i had to send it right back because it was leaking oil and antifreeze (which is not good because i have animals). It was there for 2 days and the guys called me and said that they couldnt fix everything because it wasnt covered under the extended warranty. My boyfriend and I went up there to talk to them and when we saw the bike there was severe external damage that we obviously didnt cause but they were blaming it on us. My boyfriend hadnt even rode the bike (it was raining the day we picked it up) let alone lay the bike down enough to cause such extensive damage. So we settled everything and they told me they were going to fix it. When we went and picked it up we just got it and left because i was so tired of dealing with them (we bought the bike 4 weeks ago and we have had it for 2 days at this point). When we got it home they hadnt even fixed what they were supposed to fix. but we just said eff it and bought parts ourselves. They had put a bold in place of the brake petal, there were no bolts holding the tank down and no bolts holding the seat down (which there were when we took it in), there was no antifreeze in it and the cap from the antifreeze was missing so we couldnt add any ourselves. My boyfriend rode it for a while but it wasnt getting very good gas mileage, i mean like 15-20 mpg which is kind of low for that bike. Upon investigation we found that there was a hole in the bottom of the gas tank where the gas line connected and it had been leaking out on the engine while he rode it. Im not sure if it was caused by riding around on the bike while the tank wasnt bolted down or if it had corroded but either way there was no way this was our fault and it should be fixed by the shop. Well we take it up there and tell them we want a brand new tank and new connections for it because there was no way we caused this. Well lo and behold the tank wasnt covered under the warranty because it was considered "normal wear and tear". Please tell me how that is normal? So at this point we have owned the bike for 2 months and had it for 1 week total. i have made our first payment on something we dont even get to use. I was furious. So we tell them just to patch the tank and we will do what we have to later about getting a brand new one because it was going to be another 500$ on top of everything. So we took the bike on Friday and were supposed to get it back the following Friday, Well needless to say that didnt happen. It took them two weeks of never calling me back with updates and tiptoeing around and for me to go up there to say that its not worth all this work for this bike!!! So instead of fixing the bike that all of us had had all this trouble with, they traded it in, and got us into another bike that was in much better condition. Since we got this bike the only problem we have had with it is the chain broke and we had to buy another one which isnt a big deal since we actually have it so we can ride it, hmm what a notion. Honestly, I would recommend this place just because their bikes are so cheap and most of the time they will own up to their mistakes but like another guy said, i would take it straight to a different bike mechanic and get it looked at so that you dont end up 3 months in with something terribly wrong and you end up upside down on a unride-able bike. Good luck and may the odds be ever in your favor.

i just wanted to start this off by saying i hope everyone reads this review!!! I sent my info to this dealership and not long after i received a email from a salesman name "Jamey" asking to call him because the phone number i put down was my old one. i called him and told my situation an i was interested in the Yamaha r6, he informed me that it was sold that weekend. At first i was bummed because it was a very nice bike , after the phone call we continued to talk over email. Over the next two days i get a call from Jamey saying there is a 2003 Suzuki katana coming in which is also a very great bike, he was waiting for it to come in and before we got off phone he said i will get you in a bike". Two days later Jamey calls me , im thinking its about the Katana but no it wasnt. That call was about a new bike they just received it was a DUCATI Monster 696. I immediately was like hell yes" i want it. fast forward to today 6/11/2016: Paperwork is processed , headed up there to sign paperwork and pay downpayment. Now this is where everything turned awesome, the bank was having a hard time with my situation. Jamey and RJ (General Manager) were doing everything possible to get me in that bike. My fiance and me excused our selfs to lunch. Upon return i was told everything was good to go!!!! I am now a proud owner of a Ducati Monster!!! I just wanted to thank Jamey for contacting me about the ducati first before anyone else!! The best salesman ive dealt with, not pushy or anything! Very easy going , He will be one of the reasons that place will sell alot of bikes its because he cares about his customers and will try everything to get them in a bike they want!! He didnt have to keep in touch with me about any other bikes but he did several times ( that is the true customer service) THANK YOU JAMEY. Last thank you is to RJ ( General Manager) without him also i wouldnt be in the bike ive wanted for along time. He did everything as well to get me in it, battling with the banks on the phone, finding every avenue he could. Turns out he did, and i thank him very much!!! i RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR A BIKE!! YOU WILL GET THE BEST PRICE, BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I WILL DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN AND AGAIN! OTHER BIKE DEALERS ARE NON-EXSISTANT TO ME NOW!!! THANK YOU!!!!!

RUN AWAY AND TAKE YOUR BUSINESS WITH YOU!!!! I bought a motorcycle from them in September of 2015, it is now going on 5 months later and I am STILL waiting on my license plate. I received a paper temp tag when I bought the bike good for 2 months, as the expiration date approached I started calling them and asking when my plate would arrive. I left voicemails and never received return calls, I spent ages on hold, when I FINALLY spoke to someone that knew about it I was told that it was somebody elses fault and that I would have to wait until they sent it. At this point my temporary tag had expired so I was stuck with no bike. I was finally able to get a hold of the woman in charge of tags and registration and she told me that she knew nothing about my tag status and that she was 6 months behind right now so she probably just hasnt gotten to it yet. She sent me another 2 month temporary tag as a band aid and said she would call me back and let me know when my actual license plate would be in. I waited and waited and never received a call and as my SECOND temp tag was about to expire, (now 4 months in), I called yet again and was placed on hold for 20 minutes so I finally hung up. The next day I received a voicemail from them saying to call them back. When I called them back they told my I can pick up my tag anytime because its been ready for over 2 weeks!!!!!!! I told them that this has taken MUCH longer than it should have and that they need to mail it to me. They said they would mail it out the next day, it is now 13 days later and I STILL havent received my tag from 1 city away, it should have been here in 3 days tops!!! I called them YET AGAIN yesterday and asked if my tag had even actually been mailed, the only response I got was, "uh yeah I think it was....*click*" The MOST unprofessional disorganized company I have EVER dealt with in my life. I will be sure to spread the word on every Facebook motorcycle page I can about the horrible service this so called "business" provides. Thats about 25,000 bikers all together, good luck getting any business when Im done with you!!!!! I WILL BE PURSUING LEGAL ACTION.
