My last visit to Longhorn Harley-Davidson was to get an annual inspection. I didnt have an appointment and came in as a walk-in customer. It was the end of the day and I was trying to squeeze this into my action list as I was near. The service dept took my documents and informed me that my brake light switch was out. It was the end of the day and their mechanics were working on close out projects. As Im mechanically inclined, they told me what was the issue and I was able to go to the parts dept and purchase the part. I finished my actions and returned home and it was as easy as identified. I changed the brake light switch and all was working. I returned a couple days later and passed inspection. I have realistic expectations when it comes to service and recognize that its normal to want things to happen immediately. That said, as a customer I recognize that a business that reacts and juggles tends to not be focused on details. Im grateful that Longhorn has a staff that knows how to communicate with its customer base and ensures that those who have been slotted gets focal attention. The fact that the service rep identified the problem and escorted me to parts where the item I needed was in-stock reflects that this establishment has Excellent Customer Service. Cannot remember the employee, but I recognize that quality customer service is a culture beyond an experience. Longhorn Harley-Davidson has an Excellent Customer Service Culture!

I never take the time out of my day to sit down and talk about the experience I just had at a place I just visited. But, this is different. First of all, Longhorn Harley Davidson is the best experience Ive had at any Harley store Ive ever visited. Ive been visiting Harley stores for roughly 10 years. I went to Longhorn looking to buy my first ever Harley. From the moment I walked in, to the moment I walked out, I was satisfied every step of the way. My salesman was Bobby D and let me tell you, he is a great man. Hes straight forward and doesnt waste any time. His number one goal isnt to push you into buying a bike, but to make sure you leave the building happy. Forget about him being a great salesman, hes just a great guy. As for the rest of the Harley team members that work there, you can just tell walking in they all love their job. Whether its the need to always help you at whatever youre doing, or just the smile every one of them has on their faces. Whether youre looking at buying a new motorcycle, or just wanting to visit a great Harley store, I would highly recommend Longhorn Harley Davidson. Thank you Longhorn for a pleasurable first experience and you can expect to see me back very soon!

I want to commend Longhorn HD for the excellent customer service I always get. I live one mile from a Harley Dealer in Bedford, but I prefer to come to LHHD because of how well I am always treated. I have even brought my daughter, her husband and friends into the Longhorn family. I had a recent issue with a noise in my primary. I brought it in Wednesday and it was all repaired under my ESP. The tech who worked on my bike went above and beyond and found another issue and repaired that as well. My daughter recently bought a Road Glide from Mickie Haley. I had to wait on the bike and Mickie kept in touch with me all morning and checked on the progress for me. Mickie even went to the wash bay and brought my bike around for me. Now that is great customer service. I have to give a big shout out to Eric, Jeremy and Dane was well at the service counter for their help. I am not sure who the tech was who worked on my bike, but he did a great job. I have to give a nod to Scott Hansen for not only being my salesperson in the past, but he also help my daughter get her Road Glide financed. Scott has also become a friend along the way. All this keeps me coming back to Longhorn. ”

Bought parts to fix broken vent latch on my 2016 FLTRXS Road Glide. Bought the motorcycle new from American Eagle Harley Davidson in Corinth in December 2016, 18 months ago. The motorcycle has 21,000 miles and is still under factory warranty, but Longhorn wont honor warranty because I didnt buy the motorcycle from them. Last October, Longhorn wouldnt warranty broken weld on exhaust header because of slip on mufflers installed before I bought it new. Longhorn installs the same upgrade on the majority of touring Harley-Davidsons they sell, but told me Harley wouldnt warranty it and I should take it to the dealer I bought from. Didnt matter that I moved to Red Oak and they were closest dealer. Corinth is 60 miles or more north and very difficult to get to from my home. Bought parts, fixed it myself, both then and now as no expectation they will honor warranty on anything not sold originally by them. I can do better service and repair than they anyway. My Harley Owners Group membership means nothing to them, either. Harley-Davidson is going to have a lot of unhappy chickens coming home to roost with major dealerships like Longhorn.

I stopped in looking for an iron on of "Harley" bought at Texas Harley Davidson by a friend, when I inquired, I was given an abrupt "nope all out stuff is on patches". Then looking through the 50% off Christmass decorations, I found something I wanted so I took it over to the young lady at the register in the Accessories area. When she finally looked up she said I'd have to take it to the front because(and I quote her) "they don't trust us with money down here": so to the front register I went. The Price tag I'd looked at was $32.50 but when the item was scanned at tthe front register, the price they scanned was $39.99 - when I called the $32.50 price tag to the attention of the sales clerk, the reply was another less than curtious reply of " I don't know what that is, our tag says $39.99"... and as it turned out, there were two tags but both had barcodes and both had the same item number. I commented that it was awfully convenient to have two prices on the same item and to charge the higher of the two but to no avail! Last time they'll see me!

I wanted to write about my experience I recently went through purchasing my first motorcycle from Longhorn Harley Davidson. After going through a bad experience from my local dealer I decided to visit Longhorn which is near my work. The service I received from them was night and day compared to the other dealer. Very professional and honest. From being greeted at the door all the way to signing my name for the last time on the dotted line to get my bike. I was never pressured into buying something I didnt want My salesperson Bobby Delorme was there for me . He made my bike purchase that more special. He listened to what I was looking for and offered his advice always. This being my first bike purchase I felt he was very at-tentative to me and took extra care. The sales manager Wil Watson gave me the same great serviceand worked very hard for me to get the bike I wanted. I felt I made 2 friends. Not omly did I get the bike I was looking for but I got one fully loaded for the same budget I had with their hard work. This is my new home and I always feel welcome from the entire staff .
