The place is mainly wine-centric (hence the name) but there are a dozen beers on tap and the selection is solid. Since I didnt drink the wine, Ill focus on the beer. Their selection is 80% California beers, which I appreciate! There is plenty of seating and the service is good. My friend apparently comes here at least once a week - he loves it.

I had been driving by this place for months and never noticed it. Finally someone recommended it on the basis of its beer selection, and it certainly delivers. One of the few places in the area where you can get very unique brews like sour beers and hard to find limited releases like Pliny the Elder.

Came on a Wednesday with a group of friends. We easily found a seat for everyone. Very comfy place with good music but not loud enough so we could have conversations comfortably. Excellent sparking water. A great half-week relaxing spot.

This place has the beer selection that I was hoping the Yardhouse would have. If you want belgians- go here. If you want small batch craft beer - go here. They had Bruery on tap, which is mind boggling!

Love this place for its superb collection of wine all over the world. Staff is really friendly and always happy to help out in selecting wine. Service can be a bit slow at times, but its okay.

Id give 5 stars for Wine Affairs if I was strictly rating based on beer selection, because its one of the best youll find in San Jose. Ive had tapas here once and it was pretty good.

Hip modern joint with a trendy flair in the exposed brick on the wall and the ceiling. Good happy hour times.. sunday even have a happy hour 3 to 10 p.m. Service can be quite slow

Pliney The Elder on draft - need I say more, beer lovers? Small but excellent beer and wine lists. Small plates are very nice. Staff is attentive and friendly. Great atmosphere!

Nice little beer/wine bar. The happy hour is pretty good, and runs from 2:30ish til 8pm! The bar menu is good too, but somewhat overpriced. Overall, a nice place to chill out.

Great happy hour. Wines there were solid and loved the coppa. Very nice spot to hang out and staff was friendly. Parking is available on the nearby side streets.
