I was very disappointed with the Sales Manager Michael. I was told the prices of car would not be negotiated over the phone/email. After repeated attempts, I was told if I wanted to negotiate the Bottom line price of any car I would have to come in to the dealership. I took almost 3 hours out of my day to come in and yet, no prices were negotiated! In fact I received 2 more calls after I left to negotiate the price of the car. When all of this time could have been saved up front. The salesmen that assisted me was a nice younger kid. I hope he is not mentored by his sales managers and staff, if he wants to have a future in the car business. Do not visit this dealership if you plan on negotiating the actual "value" for a car. Michael will argue black book, blue book, and other colored books to get his values the highest. Go to University Kia, or Shoals Kia and they will negotiate the only book that matters. Your Check-book!
My Aunt called me an ask me to help her find a new car ,we did our home work an visited several dealerships looking for a new kia soul we contacted Packy Grishom at Bramlett an was sold from the first time we meet him an the staff from the sales service an finance we felt no pressure at all they did everything we ask an got her the new car she wanted at the best price we had found ,my aunt who is in her 70"s told me "now thats the way people did bussiness in the good old days "she loves her new car an she for sure loved the way they treated her with no pressure no hassle an did everything they said they would do an then some Thanks Packy an everyone else involved at bramlett we will be back ,when its time for another new car.............

One week ago, we purchased a new KIA Sorento from Bramlett KIA. We could not be more pleased, not only with the vehicle but with this dealer. Jerry Formella is a great guy and a real pleasure to work with. They dont play any games with you, and they show you all the numbers. Having shopped around a lot (do not go to University KIA in Huntsville), Bramlett has a good price and you will know exactly what the number are. Everyone we spoke with is customer oriented, no pressure, and you will come away knowing you were treated well. Very, very refreshing and an easy choice. PS - the Sorento is a great vehicle and seems to get much better gas mileage than advertised.
Very dissatisfied with Bramlett Kia and staff, no one has gave me a truthful answer And have lied just to sale me a worthless warranty. Never will I suggest that anyone ever purchased from this dealership and I will never buy a automobile here again . I have bruises on my legs from where the door shut on my legs and they said no that didnt happen .. Ok that means that Im a liar, I was very humiliated And angry. I could write a book but theres not enough time.
I got my car there. This is a great place. They do not let you get ripped off or treat you unfairly. They treat everyone the same. They make sure that everyone gets a fair deal and fair shot and an equal opportunity. None of the salespeople are jerks and say mean stuff like,"I like the other girl better than her." in your earshot. They are great people and nothing unfair or bad ever happens there. No games, no gimmicks! (Yeah)
To start with the salesmen are very easy to deal with from the time you walk on the lot to the time they turn you over to finance. Its kind of a no hassle approach I call it, they are there to answer your questions if need be but dont push you in any direction like some dealerships tend to do. I have purchased 4 vehicles from Bramlett Kia and have been very pleased with the personal service I get every time.

The BEST TEAM! Michael and Derrick awesome. They worked the deal I wanted, nay, needed. They worked tirelessly until I got the deal of the century. If youre looking at University KIA in Huntsville, DONT! Big mistake. They filled up my gas tank but said they couldnt help me. Bramlett said "we promise you will leave herected in a new car." The salesperson I spoke to was interested in putting me in a car, any car, and getting me out the door. He didnt take the time to listen to what I was interested in. Consequently, I was quickly discouraged, didnt find the car I wanted, and left. Other area dealerships did better pointing out the virtues of a used Kia than Bramlett did for the new ones.
Purchased a 2017 Kia Sorento from this dealership. The entire experience was exceptional. The sales, finance, and service staffs are all top notch and make the car buying experience a pleasurable one. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone wanting a great deal on a new vehicle.

This dealership is a RIP-OFF.My son got a used car from this place and they charged him $499.00 doc fee (WHY SO MUCH) and couldnt even fill the gas tank up .DONT WASTE YOUR TIME STOPPING AT THIS DEALERSHIP... Drive the extra 200 and stop by LYNN LAYTON FORD ..
The staff at bramlett kia are honest and fair, down to earth people. They treat you like family. And the advertised price is right on what they say it is. No hidden fees or tricks. If you want a fair deal from good people go see the staff at bramlett in decatur.
Do NOT shop here. Absolutely the worst experience Ive ever had car shopping. The man helping us, never told us his name, had the WORST attitude and for lack of a better word was a prick. I will be driving to Huntsville to buy my Kia. I will never shop here.
