I recently lost over 100 pounds of unwieldy fat and gained more than 10% muscle mass. Not me of course, but my "cruising" motorcycle, a new Harley-Davidson Road King replacing my 2007 Electra Glide Ultra Classic "Living Room On Wheels." ME? I am still the "easier-to-see" fat version of me. Naturally, I did everything wrong like wait until the end of the model year and then decide I wanted a very limited out-of-production model - Hard Candy Custom Red Metal Flake with Flames. There were only 18 left in the US, and none in Florida. BUT, Harley-Davidson of Palm Beach found one outside of Philly that the dealer would trade and brought it down here for me. (FYI, I had road-tested Indians Chief Vintage and Springfield models at a factory demo day, and neither ran, handled nor rode as good as my 10 year old Harley.) Due to their very low trade offer, I sold my Electra Glide on Cycle Trader in less than one week for double what H-D P.B. offered. I took delivery Saturday morning and it was worth the wait!!! The Sales Manager - Dave, Service Manager - Jim, Sales Person - Greg, Service Advisor - Tammy and Technician - Ryan who set it up - all took plenty of time with me and each complimented my most excellent taste, and each wished me much happiness. My Sales Person, Greg Ryder, went over everything as though I was a novice rider and taught me about several features the websites and magazine articles had omitted. Its an even better bike than I thought; and I was already sold. To this unique bike, I added rider and passenger backrests, light visors (like little chrome ball caps for the front lights), and white sidewall tires to complete that retro look. I am going to have it wrapped in clear protective coating this week, and then add the saddlebag guard rails (more chrome!) to finish off the look. Riding it "the long way home" up thru Stuart and back thru the Martin and Palm Beach County cattle ranches to Jupiter Farms; it rides way better, runs much faster, handles far nimbler & better, and the cruise control works like a dream compared to my prior 3 Harleys. The new liquid cooled Milwaukee 8 engine is quiet and vibration free so very little vibration in the floorboards or handle grips. Wonderful bike and wonderful Dealership Delivery Experience, YAY!!!

I purchased a new 2017 Ultra Limited two weeks ago from Palm Beach HD. The showroom was very clean and had a large selection of bikes, as well as parts, gear and accessories. And easy access off I-95. I visited the store 3 times before making the purchase, which included checking out one of their bike night events as well as taking the 2016 and 2017 Ultras for a test ride. Each time I visited I was impressed with how friendly all of the staff were and everyone was willing to talk or find someone to help, etc. And I never felt pressured or uncomfortable (despite pulling in on my Yamaha FJR!) Brian (my salesperson) did a great job of answering questions and making sure I landed on the right model for my needs. And he even came in on his day off when I was taking delivery to ensure everything went smoothly. Reed and Tom were the two sales managers I worked with and both were very friendly and willing to work with me to get a good deal, especially getting me a fair value for my trade. Also appreciate that they were willing to stay late to accommodate me taking delivery after I got out of work on a Thursday night, including Jimmy in finance. All in all I couldnt be happier with my purchase or the experience. Ive already taken the new bike across the state and back. Its a fantastic bike, exactly what I was looking for. And I most certainly will be back to visit Palm Beach Harley as they have a good group of guys and gals working there, a lot of fun events scheduled and a nice showroom to shop in for Harley gear. Thanks guys! Looking forward to many comfortable miles on my new Ultra Limited!!

Wow.. I want to start off by saying I NEVER write reviews for anything, but after my great experience I just had to tell everyone. To tell you the truth I cannot stop talking about my experience with friends and fellow bikers. I have been going to this dealership since I moved to palm beach 10 years ago and always walked out disappointed thus never buying anything. But I must say times have really changed under the new ownership and management it turned out to be the best experience I have EVER had buying any type of vehicle and I buy allot. They let me ride any bike I wanted for as long as I wanted some I even rode 2 or more times. They had every type of bike there gassed up and ready to go. It was really hard to make a decision on which one to buy, but after spending 5 hours the first day test riding bikes and working the perfect deal (special thanks to Reed, and another sales person forgot his name, along with the sales manager) I came back the next morning and bought a black Street Glide with the 107. I then brought it back for add-on’s a couple days later and the service department headed up by Jim bent over backwards to make sure I was the happiest person ever, I am going back tomorrow for a new windshield after testing a few different ones. IN CLOSING IF YOU WANT A HD THIS IS THE ONLY DEALERSHIP IN THE COUNTRY I WOULD EVER GO TO AGAIN AND I HAVE BEEN TO ALLOT OF THEM AROUND THE COUNTRY. Guys and gales keep it up, you could be number #1 for sure.

Holy Customer Service!!!! My girlfriend and I went to Palm Beach Harley Davidson yesterday in hopes of trading in my 08 FatBob for a new Street Glide! We were greeted right at the door by Ryan "Hambone" Hammond. I explained my main reason for the visit as well as my terrible experience at another Harley dealership in Miami. Ryan immediately apologized for the other dealerships lack of customer care and promised that this would be a completely different experience... and it sure was. Ryan introduced us to Cam Zimmerman the Assistant Sales manager and we continued on our tour of the dealership. We were offered water and coffee and talked about more than just the sale. We really got to know Ryan and I think he did with us as well. Ryan showed me every bike I was interested in and then some!! He also asked my girlfriend for her opinion which was huge!! Usually salesmen dont care about the person you are with, just the person potentially making the sale. This does not apply to Ryan and his team! We ended up getting the exact bike i wanted, in my price range, and even though we were there well after closing hours Ryan made sure we did not feel pressured at any point in time. This dealership is amazing, the customer service was phenomenal! I highly recommend going here! We live in Miami and it is a bit of a ride up but so worth it! Thank you Hambone for everything!!!! Awesome experience!!! In July of 2016, I purchased a 2016 Ultra Limited Low (Black Quartz) from a dealer in New England. August of 2016, I participated in a motorcycle charity run for Special Olympics that departed from Palm Beach Gardens and ended in Farmington Ct to which I had my bike shipped down for the event. Upon arriving in Palm Beach a day early, I went to Palm Beach Harley Davidson to purchase cleaning supplies for the trip. As I walked in the dealership, I noticed they had a Ultra Limited in a color that I was actually looking for. Thats when I met Danny B. Joking around I mentioned how I loved that color but I had just previously bought a Ultra Limited. Danny had mentioned to me that maybe we could do something like a swap. I thought that would be great but I was leaving the next morning for New England. Before I knew it he coordinated all the details to make it happen including switching the extras I had already installed. I was just blown away. The men and women stayed after hours just to get everything done. The only thing that wasnt done was the Scotch Guard protection but seeings how the dealership had also owned a dealership in nearby Massachusetts, I would be able to have it done there, I encourage if your in the Palm Beach area looking for a bike, go see my friend Danny. I promise hell take good care of you
