Went there to check helmets, I ask the guy for help or recommendations and he ask me first how much i wanted to invest, when i said less that $200, he just pointed out a few helmets, then i ask him how to put it on and he said that he would just show me if i was going to buy one with some attitude. I end up buying a Nolan N91 for $321. When i get home (15mins later) my girlfriend told me said that i got rip-off for what i pay. I couldnt believe it, but when i went online the helmet was selling for $80+ LESS. I return to the store in less than an hour since i bought it without even opening the box. And the guy was the most unprofessional person i have deal so far, he said "You should have ask your girlfriend to check online before showing up in my Store"" he said he will not return me the money even when in the receipt said 20% or 30% restocking fee for return that are approve by them. I would not never recommend this store to any body, they are overpriced on most of they items and have the worst attitude toward resolving customers issues.

Not being a mechanic Ive brought my Suzuki Burgman to be fixed not knowing exactly what problem is. Of course as any reasonable person wanted to spend as less as possible but what ever it takes for problem to be solved...and that is very important part of the statement. Week later and $500 lighter Ive picked up my " repaired" scooter just to realise that now other thing is broken. The reason why I gave bad rating is the fact that I was not told what else is wrong nether given a chance to decide do I want it fixed. Owners let me leave the store with broken scooter hoping I will not notice. Their excuse was that I will sell it anyway! and that they dont know how every scooter should sound. Agree but if starter is still spinning when bike started already you should know something is wrong. They have refunded half of the labor cost after hours of negotiation.

Llegue al local .La vendedora continuaba hablando por telefono sin prestarme atencion,solo queria saber si tenian una campera de motos especifica, tenia un taxi esperando en la puerta. Casi colo favor antes de irme me pregunto si necesitaba algo. Tenian lindas cosas pero no un buen servicio al cliente.

Awesome little spot, a bit hard to find at first honestly didnt look like a motorcycle shop from outside. Super sweet lady greeted me helped me finda and fit into a new helmet, they got a nice range of gloves and visors, jackets and all sorts of gear. Only saw like 1 bike in the back of the shop so dont come here expecting to see 5 ninjas lined up. All in all, its now the spot I go buy most of anything I need to wear while riding.

Great service and excellent place! These is a mom and pop business, with knowledgeable owners. They have been in business for over 9 years, and they know their stuff. Izzumy and Fabricio take the time to explain, and they advise which way to go. They give opcions. Will always count on them! Thanks for your service to the community.

a great motorcycle shop. the price estimate for the extensive service to my motorcycle was accurate, as was the time estimate for completion of the service. the customer service was great and my bike is now running like a dream thanks to miami motostop. seriously a great shop. give them your business.

Fabricio recently tuned up my 2004 Suzuki SV650S and it runs like new! The price was fair and the service was excellent. I enjoy stopping in to visit Izummy and Fabricio. The MOTOSTOP looks great and all the additional space enables you to carry more items. Thanks again!
