HORRIBLE SERVICE. Ive had 2 incidents with WMR. I work right down the street and it was convenient having maintenance performed on my commuter sportbike. 1. I dropped off my bike for a new front tire and asked which brand/model tire they had in stock. I spoke with Joe who didnt know which tires they had in stock but told me "dont worry about it, well take care of you". After +$200 I notice the tire is bald after only 1 month. Then I find out he installed a DISCONTINUED Super Soft Racing Compound Tire on my commuter sportbike. I shouldve found out which tire they had but this shows a lack of character on their part. 2. I dropped off my bike in the morning and locked my helmet on my helmet lock and left my keys inside the helmet. I called them when they opened and told them my keys were inside my helmet along with the new rear brake switch which needed to be replaced. I called them later that day to check on my bike and was told by Joe that they couldnt figure out why my rear brake light wasnt working and I should check my wires with a multimeter?! He also tells me over the phone that I shouldnt lock my helmet on my helmet lock because its close to my chain/sprocket. I go to pickup my bike and notice my Shoei RF1000 is scratched and the new Spectra Visor I bought 6 days ago had a giant gash across the face of the visor! I ask Joe what happened to my new visor and he laughingly says thats not a new visor. The bike was clearly driven while the helmet was locked which gouged the helmet and visor. He told me not to worry about the $45 bill because they couldnt figure out why my rear brake light wasnt working and they damaged my helmet. I decided to cut my losses and leave instead of demanding a replacement. I took my bike to a reputable bike shop and they told me the rear brake switch was installed incorrectly. The majority of the employees seem immature and irresponsible, including the owner Joe. Dont waste your money here.

Hi all! I do a lot of buying in the store, online store. My opinion: decent people! Golden hands! In the first place they work rather than trade. And there are shoals in the administration of goods did not immediately send everything. But then everything 100% return. A great product! Everything but "Nihilo Concepts KTM 65 Billet Water Pump gear this gear goes 15-maximum 20 pm. Then becomes a round is a bad product from 100!!! The bottom line: a great company! Recommend To Everyone!

WMR has a full machine shop. Excellent service team and a well appointed showroom full of KTM and Husqvarna motorcycles. They will build you a custom bike, fix yours or help in selecting what to ride.
