I went into this whole thing with absolutely no car buying experience. I found out earlier in the day that the transmission in my current (and very beat up) car needed to be replaced and would be way too costly to do so. I chose His Rosedale Auto Sales based on great feedback from friends who have purchased cars there. What really struck me was a friend telling me that she felt like Dave and Leon genuinely wanted to help her get a car, not just sell her something she couldnt afford. From the moment my mom and I stepped on the lot, we were greeted warmly and pretty much instantly treated like friends rather than potential suckers. Dave and Leon walked me through every step of the process and made what could have been a terrible situation so easy and stress free. They actually made me laugh pretty much the entire time when hours before I had been crying over the situation. I settled on the car I liked best and Dave went over all the good and bad things about the car. Once we decided it was the one, Leon explained every step of the buying process since I had never done it before. He went through all the warranty options, best buying options...everything. he even called me later that night after hours to tell me that the loan had gone through and I would be ready to get my car the next day. Dave and Leon really helped me out and acted with a lot of honest and integrity when they probably could have taken advantage of a very clueless buyer. Im so in love with my car and I still cant believe how simple the whole thing was. I cant recommend them enough. A few years ago when I entered the service as an 11Bravo infantryman I came back home to Arizona only to find that my visitation time to see my family actually turned into time looking for a home and a vehicle. His Rosedale Auto Sales was actually the first place that came to my mind even tho I was living in Arizona. Leon and his wife Rachel have done business with many of my family members before so I was certain that Leon and his team would be able to help me during some difficult circumstances. After I gave Leon a call... Leon and His Rosedale Auto Sales team called me back within 2 days and had found a vehicle in my price range that best fit my needs and lifestyle. Within a week... I had been given a ride to California by my sister and her husband and drove my first vehicle off the lot(2005 Ford Ranger). A few years later my life has turned around for the better, I still have my ford pickup that is in great condition that has served me well. Leon, David and the staff at His Rosedale Auto Sales were amazing to work with. I found their website extremely easy to navigate and was able to locate a truck within a few minutes. I applied for credit online and they had the paperwork ready to go by the time my wife and I got there. Their prices are very reasonable but thats not why we bought from them. Leon is very low pressure and high in class and character. His level of humility and customer service is simply off the charts. They made the entire process so very easy, gave us a flexible down payment option and had us out the door in the truck I wanted in a matter of less than 2 hours from start to finish. We have the ability to buy a car anywhere but were so glad we came here due to the personal attention and actual enjoyment we had in working with Leon. We will defineately be back for another vehicle when the time comes and we highly recommend anyone else in the market for a vehicle does too.

Everything is done up front and honest, which is what keeps us coming back to this small, expertly run auto store. Youll notice that Leon takes pride in the condition of the cars he sales, the condition of his lot, and even how well organized and clean the office is. Just walk on the lot and look around and you can see that this is how things should be ran, but rarely are. Buying a car is such a hassle, I hate it. After getting the run around from the major dealers in town we decided to go back to His Rosedale Auto... My mom had consigned her car with them two years earlier and the only reason we didnt go there sooner was because we were looking for a truck to haul our RV and werent sure they would have what we needed. Long story short, they had 3 trucks that fit the bill and I brought mine home today! David was so helpful in making sure we had everything we needed to hit the road safely. He has a lot of knowledge and is eager to share with customers. Leon loves to say that they have the best customers and I believe that is a reflection of the people who work there. Terrible. I am a very well versed car enthusiast, and I do A TON of research before purchasing a sports car. I was interested in a porsche, and in my research I heard certain aspects of the particular year of car are EXTREMELY prone to failing, causing catastrophic engine failure. When I went in I began asking him about the miles and if the IMS bearing had ever been retrofitted. He then proceeded to make me feel like an idiot for doing my research and knowing what I was getting into. He said only fools believe that the IMS is a bid deal (look online. type in porsche boxster common problems and your results will be flooded with the IMS bearing). I could never trust these guys to point me in a good direction on a car after such abuse and denial of a well known issue.

LOVE, LOVE. LOVE this place! Leon was a fantastic sales person. He was straight forward, listened to what we wanted, didnt try to push us into a larger sale, or try to hike up the monthly payments. He found us more than one lender before we ever went to the lot (we applied on their website) And gave us the choice of the high, med, and lower payments. He said he did that, because some people prefer a certain bank, even if its more expensive. I just liked having the option. I have had NO problems with my 2007 Durango, and I could not be happier with the whole experience in general. Honestly, Im a little sorry that we wont be back for a long time, since I take good care of vehicles, and keep them until they fall apart haha See you guys in 10-15yrs!
