I got into a wreck and was in dire need to get another vehicle asap. Internet picked out a 04 ford focus, was able to get financed for it but it hadnt been run through their shop yet to be certified. They told me that once it went through the shop I could take it to my mechanics at firestone and if I didnt like what they had to say or just didnt like the car I could rescind the contract and bring the car back. Well, found out through the DMV that buyers cannot rescind any contracts in regards to vehicle sales, only the dealership can rescind the contract. Like they are really gonna do that right! Anyway so now Im stuck with a car that I really dont like but took cause I had 15 hours to figure out how I was gonna get to work and the bus doesnt go by my place early enough to get me to work on time and would have cost me approx 70 bucks a day to take a cab to work and back home every day. This was on Saturday, they said they could get the car in the shop on Monday and It should be ready on Monday afternoon. I used my mothers car to get to work on sunday and monday.Monday comes and goes and I hear nothing from the dealership or the shop in regards to my car. I call and a different person tells me that my car isnt going to be ready until thurs or fri! I was able to go in and get a loaner car on Tuesday so I could give my mothers car back to her.... The abs light wouldnt go off and they had to call the ford dealership to find out why! So friday gets here and I dont get a call...of course, I call them on Friday evening and they said that the part didnt come in until late friday afternoon and that the shop was closed and wouldnt be open again till the next monday! I hear nothing back on Monday from anyone...I call tuesday had to leave a message because no one was available to talk to....got a call on wens saying that the car was ready, I picked it up and within 24 hours I was back at the shop because of a grinding noise coming off the front wheels. They give me another loaner car and have my car for an entire week! I picked up my car on thursday morning the next week< not because they called and told me it was ready but because i went down to get something out of my car and low and behold my car was ready! i have my car for exactly six days and the sound is now back and louder than it was before I called again and was told to bring it down so that the mechanic can see what"s going on! ITS THE SAME NOISE! the mechanic drives around with me and he says he can"t hear it!!! tells me that he has hearing loss from past employment working around diesel engines and what not OMG DUDE CAN"T HEAR! so now the sound is getting worse every day and they said "it should be okay to drive" they are booked TWO WEEKS OUT! AND I FIND OUT THEY HAVE ONLY FOUR LOANER CARS NOW BECAUSE THE HEAD OF THE MAINTENANCE DEPARTMENT WAS LOANING CARS OUT WHEN THEY WERENT PROPERLY COVERED BY INSURANCE! so now i am going to firestone and get a complete vehicle inspection and i will take that to the shop at internet auto sales and show the half deaf mechanic exactly what needs to be fixed and make them fix it!! Absolutely disgusted with the service of the sales department who never once called me after I signed the papers and lied to my face about being able to rescind the contract if I changed my mind about the car. Never again will I buy a car from their lot. I do not recommend Internet to anyone, not even my enemies!

THANK GOD THE DEAL FELL THROUGH #relieved! DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR BUSINESS OR YOU WILL REGRET IT! Internet Auto Rent and Sales is a shady business to say the least. Very un professional, rude and they are liars! They will say anything to you to get you in a car and out the door. We found a car that we liked signed on the dotted line were advised that we were approved mind you we turned in all proof of income and everything they asked for documentation wise. They said we would not need a down pymnt that they would give us $4k for our trade in. Then as we are signing the paperwork they all of a sudden are requiring a $2000 down pymnt and tell us "its ok we will give you 60 days to turn in the down pymnt if the bank calls just lie to them and tell them you already paid us the down" Furthermore while I was in the finance managers office signing paperwork he was reprimanding two employees in front of me about being late I told him I would come back at a later time because this was inappropriate he ignored me and acted as if me being uncomfortable was not an issue. We drove the car off the lot turned in our trade in vehicle and switched the insurance. They called us ten days later stating the bank would not approve us for a loan with a vehicle older than a 2008 --we had chosen a 2007. During this whole time we were treated disrespectfully and it seemed as if the finance manager and sales reps were completely ignorant and had no idea what they were doing. Since this whole fiasco they have been HORRBILE! The way we were treated completely contradicted their mission statement taken right off their website "To provide the community a company which will satisfy their transportation needs and instill dignity, honesty and integrity. We are company made up of real people who are committed to excellence and who stand behind their word. We use compassion throughout our day as a statement of who we are and what we will do to fulfill the needs and desires of our patrons and fellow employees." THIS COMPANY DOES NOT STAND BY THEIR WORD! THEY HAVE NO DIGNITY THEY ARE NOT HONEST AND THEY HAVE ZERO INTEGRITY. THEY ARE A COMPANY MADE UP OF LIARS, SWINDLERS AND DISHONEST SALESMEN. Throughout this whole experience we received zero apologies. On top of all that they drained the full tank of gas out of our trade in we picked up..lol PLEASE PEOPLE SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE!

Do not buy a car here. Internet auto rent and sales is the worst place to buy a car. I made a huge mistake by going there instead of a real dealership. I found a car that I liked but like all used cars it had some problems. Interior things like the ashtray, glove box, armrest compartment,and moonroof were not working. Mechanically everything seemed fine other than the a.c. wasnt blowing very cold. After purchasing the car I left it there for a week in agreement that those issues would be handled. When I came back nothing had been done other than giving many b.s.excuses. after arguing with the service department and wasting my time they eventually agreed to fix everything on my next oil change. Not only did they not fix what they said they would but they over filled my engine with oil. They have a sign in their service shop stating that they service every car they sell. Nothing could be further from the truth. It took the so called service technician an hour and a half to change the oil incorrectly. When they finally brought the car around I noticed it hadnt even been washed. I had to ask him to wash my car and he looked at me like hed never heard of such a thing. 30 minutes later the car came out with many scratches and a spot of green paint on it. They couldnt even drive it through the car wash right. Anywhere else they bring you a clean car after you pay to have it serviced and you dont even have to ask. Then the guy at the counter tried to charge me $130 for an oil change after he told me $80 on the phone.while I was in the waiting area three other customers were there doing nothing but complaining about the cars they got ripped off on and the substandard service they received at the shop. Everyone that purchased a car at internet auto rent and sales wishes they went anywhere else. Now I have to go back and have the oil changed again because having too much oil is just as bad as not having enough. In the end Im the fool for buying a German car on a lot full of Fords and Kias. Avoid this place like the plague and tell everyone you know to do the same.
