Well is been 9 months and my trade in is not pay yet I traded my van 9/16 and now is 6/17 and Im still fighting the finance place, and they the car lot calls me to take my review out because is hurting there business wow..and dont believe all the good reviews they probably do it themselves very dishonest people..This place is the worst car lot on Blackstone st. The finance manager moe is the biggest liar. We traded a van for a suv this people never paid the van off till this day 4/28/17, the van is still in my name. I traded the van on 9/16. This finance manager kept telling us he was going to pay it off but what he was waiting for is that they file for bankruptcy in 12/16. So my van never was payed off now we are dealing with Foreman financial on the van, they even sent us to collections. We have to fight all this mess with credit bureaus. So this place is the worst I wish people would read this before buying a car there, and not to mention the grease monkey they have for mechanic. DMV is aware of this place too we even went as far as to send letters and contracts to DMV for an investigation on this autodealership.

I was going to purchase my first vehicle here. But from the very beginning, I had an odd feel not only from the staff but the over all place. They were money driven people, not what so ever concerned for the buyer. VERY RUDE! And not polite always over talk did not let me finish my sentence. Tried putting words in my mouth to confirm a price on a car, I had no interest. Even after, I have finished talking about a car I did in fact like and considered on purchasing. All vehicles are very overpriced and not maintain.Went on test drives,"thats if around the block IS CALLED A TEST DRIVE" couldnt really get a feel for any of the vehicles. SAVE YOURSELF, GO TO OWN A CAR!

Nothing but problems with them they promise u one thing and never do it plus my car had damage on it was told that they would buff it out and never done I have had the car for 3 months and now I have to replace the brakes and rotors not to mention that I dont even have a heater in the car and last time I was in the building one of the employees tried to fight me really unprofessional place biggest mistake I ever purchased

Came here because I spotted a car that I wanted and instead of them helping me out through the process of purchasing my first vehicle they tried to make me buy another car that i did not want. They didnt even let me test drive it unless I applied for it first! Which is ridiculous because I didnt want to waste my time just in case the car didnt work. Dont waste your time, look for another place instead.

Bout a truck (over priced) found a problem with it as soon as I left the lot , my fault for not test driving it, go anywhere but here , the 5 star comments are all posted by the people who work there $19,000 truck broke down on me on my way to Wisconsin when my $500 Chrysler Town and Country made it to and back from Wisconsin now Im stuck with this worthless truck, havent had it for more then 4 month.

Disturbing experience as soon as I walked through those doors. AC wasnt working and my 7 month old child couldnt stand the heat. Staff was very uncooperative and rude over everything. Checked out all vehicles and they were ALL OVER PRICED. Compared the prices to other dealers with same brands and all, this dealership continues to disappoint me. Very unproffessional and sus

Bought a 2010 Ford Taurus. Had a minor issue called the dealership and they took care of it free of charge! They litterly got to the bottom of it and they provided a rental. Never been to a dealership that would go beyond the moon to fix it.. They have nice cars for any budget. They finance me when my prev dealership couldnt. Ill sure be back

I normally do not comment much on websites but reading all the reviews, and the services I received, I felt i should let everyone know my experience. I had bought several vehicles from Auto Shopper, The services I received have been incredible. Despite the other reviews on here I have had no issues and would come back for my next vehicle.

Horrible customer service, when I asked for my sales men they told me he was on vacation n they couldnt help me then weeks later they tell me he was fired for promising addons to sweeten deals but they were all lies. Who knows how many people theyve scamed....plenty of car dealers to choose from in the Fresno area DONT COME HERE!!!!

Went to look for a vehicle they had online, sales guy says its sold ok no problem, doesnt ask me if Im interested in any other vehicle, instead asks how much I want to spend and I tell him that truck was in my price range, his response was "go on craigslist youll have better luck there" what a piece of work. Worst place ever.

Horrible business...went and put a deposit on a car and the owner said they sold it the next day because "it was a better offer and i should try looking for a car on craigslist" very unprofessional wouldnt even give me a exact price on the car or even let my mechanic see it unless I made a deal with them first..
