Very professional and personal service that is hard to find. Just picked up my 4th pair of glasses in three years. Every six months my husband and I come in for an eye exam with the great doctors. When choosing a pair of glasses and frames with the help of Kara, Dan or Brian the service has always been outstanding, they have offered professional advice and recommendations that is always welcomed and appreciated. The use of the new state of the art equipment and technology makes the process and results of the prescription spot on, we have always been highly satisfied. This time my husband picked up an additional pair of prescription sunglasses just for driving. We would highly recommend Blaine Family Eye Care, I know well be back.

I stepped into the Blaine Family Eye clinic with my daughter and was immediately in awe of their selection of eye glasses. Although I was not in the market for glasses at that time, I tried on a few and found a perfect pair. They took the time to help me and then write down the ID# on their business card. When it was my time for a new pair of glasses, I took in this ID# and they special ordered them for me. They also assisted in helping me select the perfect sun glasses. Their service, patience and attention to every detail was amazing. Staff is highly knowledgeable of the latest trends and advances in treatments and lenses. I would highly recommend their services to anyone in the market for lenses.

Not good customer service. The eye exam was good and they made my son feel very comfortable. The issues arose after the exam was over and it was time to choose frames and coatings for the glasses. The sales associate made my wife feel like she was being cheep and worthless after she said no to transitions and anti glare coatings. Now remember these glasses are for my 12 year old son who has gotten new glasses two time in two years because his eyes are still changing. After my wife was pushed into buying the unwanted addons they left. In the end I have nice glasses for my son the fit well and look good.

I went into the optical shop yesterday to purchuse glasses and I had the worst customer service. The lady basically came over and pull a bunch of glasses of the brand I was looking at off the shelf and went back to the front desk and sat texting on her phone. Never asked if I wanted any help or did she offer any input on what look good on me! When I found the glasses I sat in front of her at the desk for 3 mins she never looked up from her phone because she was to busy texting! I will never return!!

Wow, what a great staff they have at Blaine Family Eye Care! They are extremely helpful and make you very comfortable. When it comes to selecting eyewear, Im kind of picky. The staff understood precisely what I wanted and provided me a phenomenal selection to choose from. When it comes to my eyes, there is no messing around. Great Service and Great products! I have been going here for two years and always been taken care of exceptionally well. If you have a problem with your new glasses or contacts at all they are more than willing to work for your comfort and happiness. OPEN WEEKENDS Wow what a great idea and now I dont have to take a day off work for an appointment. Excellent service and the upmost professionalism! The staff is extremely helpful and they are truly a joy to deal with. They have a fantastic selection of frames combined with the most up to date technology that is light years above the rest. Ive been to the other cheap, low budget, buy one get two free, add in the newspaper eye care places, but in the end it will cost you twice as much. Might as well start at the right place from the beginning, Blaine Family Eye Care is that place!

Less than pleased, taking business elsewhere. I recently had an exam done. Doctor was great and had my hopes up. Next day I was informed my contacts were ready, little did I know it would be a week till I got them due to a training class I had no option of. Needless to say my glasses, old Rx, broke while at work and are much needed. They refused to expedite the process and wanted me to fix my glasses and still wait. Ill be taking business elsewhere after I physically have my contacts.

I was referred to Blaine Family Eye Care by a friend. We both have had phenomenal experiences with great staff and a huge eye glass selection. Thankfully, I was working with Kara who took some time to get to know me and help me narrow down my search for prescription sunglasses. I wear both contacts and glasses and I am excited to wear my new sunglasses this summer( they are more adorable than my regular sunnies)! Doctors have a great personality, enjoy going when i need to. I have purchased my last 3 pairs of glasses there, getting safetly glasses next week. Everyone is always friendly and helpful and never mind me bringing my kids with. Good hours, have a late day during the week which is great for working people (and weekend). Also amazing customer service AFTER purchase, bring in for any maintenance, adjustments, etc and always willing to help. Glad to give them my business.

All three staff members answered all my questions and took lots of time to help me decide which pair of glasses where best for me. Horrible customer service I was there to order glasses. The lady optician left to look up my medical benefits because I was ready to order. As I was waiting she decides to help some one else who just walked in. Keep in mind I had to wait 20 mins before she could help me. I waited for them to come back so I could order and leave. Needless to say I waited for 20 min and I walked out. What a waste of my time.
