I stopped into the store to check things out and see what kind of sunglasses were available before purchasing a Groupon. I made a mistake before by buying a Groupon for a different eye glass place and ended up paying a lot out of my own pocket! (My fault for not educating myself). Anyways, Brad was extremely helpful and very up front regarding cost out of pocket after the Groupon and even picked out my sunglasses. They look amazing and are the Ray Bans I have always wanted! I will never go any where else and will refer anyone looking for glasses to go see Brad. He was just so helpful and seemed like he truly enjoyed helping his customers to find frames they love. Marvin (the store mascot) is pretty darn cute, too!

Brad and his team are Terrific! Great locally owned small business. Service oriented. He knows his customers and their families by name. Best Place in the Twin Cities to get Glasses. Brad has an Eye for Ascetics 2nd to none. I am very particular and detail oriented when it comes to the glasses I put on my face everyday and the statement it makes to the world. Without fail I have purchased the first frame Brad has picked out for me to try on for the last 5 years running. As we have worked together over the years I have referred all of my friends and family to him. I take great pride knowing that they too appreciate and benefit from his service.

I cant say enough good things about Fridley Optical! We first went there after purchasing a Living Social or Groupon deal. So thankful we did! You will have nothing but an excellent experience with all at Fridley Optical! My favorite? Brad! He has the perfect eye (Yes! Pun intended!) for the style of glasses needed. He hands me a pair and says theyre the ones. I, of course, have to try on many others. And, end up ordering the first pair he handed me! Love, love, love Fridley Optical!

The eye exam was great. Very informative and the doctor put me at ease. However, records from a previous provider needed to be obtained. This was done through Fridley Optical. They never got back to me about the previous records and what they said. I called and was told the doctor was looking them over. Called a second time and was told the same thing. Now its been months and I still havent heard back from them.

The receptionist is the best and very helpful. Brad is very due diligent in helping you the right glasses. The best thing about it is the atmosphere and their personalities. I have a large family and they remember all of their names whenever we come in. I would recommend this place to all of my friends and family. The eye doctor is the best as well he makes my family feel comfortable every visit.

I was pleasantly surprised by how helpful and non-pushy Fridley Optical was in helping me find glasses. The doctor was great at explaining every step of the exam. Brad was very helpful in helping find glasses that fit my face and look good. He was also very helpful in making sure I got the best deal with my insurance, much appreciated. Id recommend this place to any of my friends and family!

I purchased a pair of professional Burberry glasses from Fridley Optical about 4 years ago. Theyre great quality! No warping, theyve kept their shape well, and theyre comfortable. All the staff at Fridley Optical were super friendly and they had a great sense of humor. I needed my glasses ASAP because I had to go out of town in 2 days, and they rushed my order. I highly recommend going there.

Great customer service and very professional. Im new to the area and Im so glad I stumbled across this place, they are very informative and helpful. During the exam the doctor is great at explaining and providing information about eye health and after the exam the office staff is wonderful in assisting with insurance plans and helping select glasses. Safe to say, Ive found my new eye doctor.

What a great place to get contacts and glasses! I just purchased new glasses and got contacts for the first time. They are wonderful and dont nickle and dime you. I was really nervous about getting contacts for the first time and they made the experience so enjoyable.
