This is like most Vons, if not a large one. Ive been going to it for 5 years, as its convenient. Has most of what other Vons have. Two big problems.. First any busy times it has huge lines. 5-7 pm for instance, it has lines to the point they are down the aisles. Also - a bigger problem - the freezer section they use for ice cream is *ALWAYS* broken / breaking. Has been for a few years. . I dont know why they dont bother fixing it. Dont buy ice cream there.. just dont. It will be full if ice crystals at best. Dont be fooled by them realizing the ice cream has gone off and selling it for $2.50 a pint (which they do every few weeks).

Wonderful store! If you want certain products and conclude they do not carry it, inquire with the manager. You might find exactly what you were looking for on your next shopping visit. I expressed there were certain foods I missed from the east coast; and sure enough this Vons found them and stocked them. (Mrs. Ts pierogies in freezer section, general tsos chicken made at the deli, etc.) Friendly staff that remembers their regular customers. My only complaint is with the waiting times at checkout. There are often times when Ill be waiting in one of 3 long lines whilst 3-4 more registers sit there unused.

Disgusting. ...went to the deli for the in-store roast turkey ..after observing the deli person cutting roast beef she then went to cut my turkey without cleaning the blade on the meat slicer THIS IS AGAINST THE LAW!!! If they do this in front of the customer what do they do behind the scenes I dont usually complain but this is the second time I saw something happen last time I saw the deli person drop a loaf of bread on the floor then wrapped it up to sell.i will NEVER EVER SHOP AT THIS TOILET OF A STORE BE WARNED ECOLI IS RIGHT AROUND THE CORNER!!!!!

This Vons location is a little smaller and has fewer amenities than another location I frequent, but the staff is just as professional and the stores stock predictably reliable in supplying my needs. Its also convenient to a favorite frozen yogurt store, which is what lured me in. Great parking, easily accessible from either Centinelas north-bound lane or Washington Places west-bound lane. Use the Vons app or web site to get special discounts. Once youre signed up, your phone number entered in the checkout lane console can yield surprise savings.

Clearly, the upper management has given up on this store. The turnover is really high and almost all of the employees seem burnt out or over their jobs. The whole ruse about "3s a crowd..." is a lie!! The lines are almost always 6 or 7 people deep, especially during their busiest times! The checkers continually call for help and backup, but the managers stay in the back!! The Only reason why I still go there from time to time is because it is walking distance from my house! Do yourself a favor and go to another store!

Closing manager was honestly the most rude and inconsiderate person I’ve ever met I literally just needed to use the ATM to make a deposit in order to complete a transaction before midnight. At 11:59 he literally would not let me enter the building to access the ATM on site. Normally This Wouldn’t Upset me Because rules Are Rules But His Lack of Courtesy and lack of professionalism shows how much he hates his life and or job.

Bertha the manager saved my day! Thank you so much for taking the time to help me get my western union just in time at the end of a busy day. Everyone working there was friendly and helpful even though they were busy with lots of customers they stepped in and took care of my needs. I cant thank you enough! A+ store!

Ever since they put up the signs that say "threes a crowd. more than three in a line? Well open another register." The lines have been longer than ever. Long lines. Long lines. Long lines. This Vons management needs to get their act together or theyre going to lose all of their customers.

I prefer Ralphs for whatever reason, but since this Vons was so close by, I started coming here more often. When I forgot my Vons Card, the cashier helped out, so I had a good experience with that. Prices can be pretty decent as well sometimes. Just watch out for deals!

I been to better Vons. There was only 1 person working in the deli. Not cool considering its the weekend. The check-out lines were long with only 3 checkers. and 4 baggers. Needs a better schedule made and the manager was there. he should have known better.

Theres always a huge line here and most of the registers are usually closed. They say if there are 3 or more people in a line theyll open a new register, but they never do. Usually spend about 20 mins in line at this Vons

I was so hungry and went to the deli deparment ... I was greeted by a wonderful lady name ortensia she made a wonderful and perfect sandwich that only cost me 9 bucks ... Im glad there is still wonderful people

This Vons is awful. Understocked, overpriced, and the employees couldnt be any more apathetic if they tried. You can smell the seafood department from across the store. Probably the worst Vons Ive been to.

Take down the 3s a crowd sign since your employees dont open more registers with 6+ people standing in each line and only 3 lanes open. Manager doesnt manage, employees look lost, but the food is good

This is a great place to shop its clean and the employees are very nice and helpful. The parking lot is huge with easy in and out. Just dont park under the big sign, the birds love it there.

Do not shop here at night !!! Managers knowingly have one cashier during busy flurries of customers. This has happened over the last few years....Get a grip and get us out !!!!!!

Checkout lines are usually long and the sandwich makers sometimes dont know the recipes to the sandwiches on the menu board (so you have to tell them exactly what you want).

This place has all the staples of a normal Vons. The lines are always long here and nobody looks to be in any kind of hurry. Dont go here if you have time constraints.

Sadly Vons has moved the nice people away. They lied to me saying they wanted to be transfer. The shelves are not stocked well. The overall loo of the store is dirty.

Its a grocery store, come on. Kinda slow. Do try the wine though, Apothic Red Blend, so good. Of course you can get it most places, always cheaper at Trader Js.

The place is good except for the seafood stall. Had waited for 30 mins with no one showing up even after speaking to the manager. Just horrible
