Ill try to keep this brief: I ordered a sectional leather couch and scheduled to be delivered four weeks after the purchase. The couch was delivered six weeks later. By the way, no one called to advise that my delivery got pushed back. I had to call and find out. At delivery, one section of the couch was defective. The delivery guy realized it and advised his manager. A week later, I received another delivery but it was the wrong section of the couch. I received delivery for the good section of the couch and not the defective one. The delivery guys took it back with them. I received a call from the store Manager (Jennifer) who advised that she did not have that product in her store and it is on back-order. She said that I have to wait another 17 days before she can deliver my product. As you see, at that point I was getting frustrated. She said that she will check all the stores in the region in order to find the right section of couch and get it delivered sooner. I was advised that she will call me back in the next day to advise the results of her search. The next day went by without hearing from her. I called her back two days later and she was apologetic about not returning my call. I still dont have my couch. I asked for a refund, she said that it was too late (passed 7 days window). How can I pass 7 days window when I did not receive what I ordered? She offered me a $100 discount. I am yet to see it on my credit card...or it may take a week or two, I dont know. What a horrible experience. I purchased all my house furniture from American Signature Furniture, but never again. They just lost a customer.

3 months ago, bought $4000 worth of furniture including a living room set. They delivered it and the ottoman was broken. I have had them redeliver a new ottoman an additional 3 times and every time the ottoman is already broken. I have tried to call the store on multiple occasions and no one ever answers the phone. Every time I go into the store to get the situation resolved, I get the run around and the "customer service" is beyond poor. I have never been treated with such disrespect. When the furniture was originally purchased, the sales rep offered me a finance deal that was hard to refuse, however she did have to have approval from her manager. The manager said he would approve it but then gave the wrong finance option. This store has no care for the costumers. You are never greeted with enthusiasm and the customer service dept is operated by employees that treat you as if you are hindering their time. They have yet to refund me for the ottoman. I will NEVER purchase another item from American Signature Furniture and will not recommend them to anyone!

My fiancee and I bought our first bedroom set from here and we went through acceptance now and got our bedroom set. The customer service through Acceptance now is amazing i give them 5/5 stars, the delivery department on the other hand is terrible. They said we would have our furniture within 4 days the soonest, i got a call from the warehouse saying my dresser was damaged and would recieve it the following Saturday had to reschedule for personal reasons and decided to pick up the furniture instead. They said they would call me saturday when the truck stopped back at the home store never recieved a call, said they called and left a message for us to pick up this past sunday was never notified, we go into the store today 06/27/17 only to find out our furniture was givin to the next customer on the list? ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME?! WHAT KIND OF SERVICE IS THAT!!!?? Like seriously people? I hope i recieve my furniture fully intacked this saturday July 1st 2017 and will never deal with these people unless i absolutely freaking have to.

I was really excited to be buying new furniture for my dinning room and living room. When the furniture was delivered, i noticed right away that the dinning hutch box must have been dropped because the whole side was crushed in. They took it back with no issues however they did not have any more hutches left so i was left with a dinning table with no hutch. Aside from that very annoying set back, everything looked good. 6 months later, i noticed some of my chairs were wobbly and then the front support bar fell off of one of them! (im not a heavy girl) 12 months into it, 2 of the 6 chairs were broken and the other 4 were wobbly, even when the screws were tightened. 2 years after buying this table, the whole table sways and 3 chairs are unrepairable. My advice, if you are looking for something quick to fill a home, this is a great store. If you expect your furniture to last however save up your money and invest in one of the higher end furniture stores.

My purchase goes back to 2013 and i still receive service from American Signature for the produts i bought. I remember being stressed for my large purchase but i did not go through their finance options. For good or bad i bought my furniture with warranty. For the incidents that warranty did not cover, American signature was graceful enough to replace them. I see many reviewers complaining on service and for those, I would ask you to go see Bob in the service department. He took care of most of my request in 10 to 15 minutes or less. Ofcourse there is a delay in delivery for three to four weeks but this is same in any furniture business that i encountered. Point to be noted is that i never had any service / service call issues. They always kept their end of bargain. I would always thank them for giving their customers a good quality product and service at a very reasonable cost. I would recommend this business to a friend or co-worker.

My husband and I purchased our family room ad bedroom furniture from ASF. The purchasing experience was fantastic! If you ever buy anything see Dan in Jacksonville, FL. The delivery service sucked. When we had to reschedule our delivery for our family room furniture (my husband was being deployed) a lady said we had to pick up our furniture or it would be sold... so much for spnding quality time with him before he left. Due to our purchase experience I did go back... wrong on my part... my bedroom furniture, well just the bed frame(which was damamged), was delivered when the whole suite was suppose to be delivered. Supposedly they called me and left a voicemail which I did not receive... The dresser was scheduled for a Thursday... I work all day and had not planned on leaving work. After spekaing with a manager and refunded the delviery fee, I learned to never have ASF delivery furniture again, if we ever go back.

Went in and bought a table for my formal dining room. I explained that I was having a house warming party and expressed how important it was that I had it before that date. They gave me a delivery date for the day before my party. I asked if they were sure it would be there because I needed the table for the party. I took the day off work to be home for them to deliver. 3 days before delivery they call and tell me they cant deliver until the day of my party... I called and spoke to manager and she said there was nothing they could do. Now, I have the delivery men setting up my table in front of my guests!! Thank you ASF for making my party tacky... This is the second time they have not been able to keep a delivery date but the last time it wasnt such a pressing issue. If you purchase something from them just know they will probably move the dates and times around at least once, so you cant plan your day.
