Very disappointed! Had my dog groomed here little over a month ago and was very disappointed. I had to schedule the appointment in the store, cant do it online and staff who answered the phones said I couldnt make an appointment over the phone. Discovered they only have two groomers and was asked to leave while they groomed my dog, I usually watch because I am over protective of her and she is my husbands service dog. They told me it would be 4-5 hours before she would be done. They called me 2 hours later and told me she was ready for pick up which worried me. They claimed the early finish was because other owners canceled. When I picked her up she had clearly been rushed through. The groom was uneven and she had razer burn in several places. On other visits, for things like dog food, the staff was unhelpful. They always seemed to be standing around doing nothing and when you asked them for help they had no idea what the answer was. For example, I asked what the best brush to groom my labradoodle would be and all they could say was "I dont know." I didnt even get a let me ask some else who might. In addition to all of this they store is usually a mess. There are often carts full of product blocking aisles. They restrooms are filthy and never have toilet paper. Will not ever go here for another groom and will only go here for other thing when there competitor PetSmart doesnt have what I need.

Store is clean. Saw some associates cleaning cages while we were there. Animals seemed happy. Stock isnt very good, all of the cat food that was on sale was sold out but the signage was still up.. Went to check out and there was no one at the registers. Had to wait for a while until someone came up to check us out. Associate didnt greet us at the register or anything. Seemed like we were distracting them from whatever we were doing previous.

PetCo had always been oberpriced, but I understand paying for the convenience of a speciality shop. Whats frustrating is payibg sometimes double for products to have poor service, be asked for donations at the register and be accosted by this weeks flavor of the week, super pushy charity asking for even more money as I enter and leave.

There was nothing clean in this store bathrooms had no toilet paper nor hand wash. The ferret cages were disgusting I felt bad that they had to be in there smelling like that. I dont usually review but I have never been in a Unsanitized store in my life like this one. Needs help. A manager that cares what is going on in there store.

If I could give this location no stars I would!!!! Every damn time I go to get dog food they never have that brand in stock!!!! They always have other brands that dont sale and will not keep whats popular in stock!!! I hate this damn store!!! When will PETSMART come to Laveen Village???? I will never go to this location again!!!!

My favorite fish store. Very cool staff. Great selection of fish (although not the best compared to other petsmart stores). The problem is that their fish arent very healthy. Overall its a great store.

Would have given 0 stars if possible. Got a mouse to feed my snake and the next day he threw it up and now my snake is dead. DONT BUY MICE TO FEED YOUR SNAKE HERE.

Staff is always helpful and I always find what I need. I go at least once a week for doggy treats. They have a good selection for big market brand food.
