We vacation in Cape Coral for six weeks every year and I enjoy going to your store for the products AND the photo copying. This year, having visited your store twice in the last week and a half, I can honestly say that I cant believe some of the negative comments. I was treated with courtesy, politeness, friendliness and eagerness to help from all 4 employees I dealt with. Specifically, Lena went out of her way BIG TIME to help me with my laminating project and really went above and beyond to make sure it was perfect. Then Dale helped me navigate the photocopier AND helped me find the exact Daytimer replacement sheets I needed.....in minutes. The two cashiers I dealt with, Kristin and Izabel, were SO friendly and accommodating when I had forgotten something and just such warm people. I was smiling at everyone from the beginning so maybe they were responding similarly BUT bottom line is that on 2 separate visits, the staff was stellar. Thank you and keep it up!! I continue to be disappointed, poor service, cant find things, cant find help, cashier looks right at me, yawns and then ignores me, walked out w nothing during my last visit. Went a block down t street, got what I needed at Wallymart. Third trip for ink, empty shelves AGAIN, Im done w this store, noone available to ask, 6 people in the one ckout line. Next visit, NO floor help, gotta flag someone over, then he gotta go get someone else. Looking at a computer on sale, NO info @ computer, wrong price posted. SNOTTY cashier, rude, no cause for that. Never a warm fuzzy in that place.

Got a quote for printing a simple 200 pages. I was told I could pick up same day. After I got the pricing approved and drove all the way to the store I was told I couldnt have it the same day. HORRIBLE customer service!!!! All management could do was say "Im sorry Im not sure who told you that but we cant do it today"

Cannot get them to answer the phone. 3rd time! It is 9:15 am - not exactly busy time. Finally... and they could not answer the question. The people here are usually friendly IN the store. Have bought lots there.
