I don’t think that I have ever been so frustrated in my life… I went to Staples yesterday and purchased a desk… Bad mistake! The box had been taped shut and I asked the ‘furniture specialist’ if it had been returned or previously assembled. He lied and said that they had to open it when it originally came to the store to verify that all of the parts were in the box. I took his ‘specialist’ word for it… I got all the way home and opened the box. The desk had obviously been previously assembled… Completely scratched… There were even parts missing. I called the store and Tiffany “manager’ stated that I had to bring it back and that she could order one for me. We asked if there were any other stores in our area that had the desk in stock and she said no! Lie number 2! I called the next nearest store and they had 3! Going to staples has proved to be a complete waste of time and money! I should have just driven a little farther to Office Max in the first place. To make matters worse, I had purchased a plastic bin that is supposed to hold hanging letter size files…. They don’t fit. Went to return it today and they say that it was buy one get one and it’s not their fault that I didn’t get two. So I got ripped off and lied to… That was easy!

I purchase what was displayed as a brand new Apple Magic Mouse ($70) after getting home I discovered it had been previously synced to another device. I called and spoke to the manager ALEX and he told me he could give me 10% off... He told me thats what the price should have been for a returned item... I was deceived to think it was a new item and now I have to go back and get the refund for $7... The manager was very unhelpful and basically made me feel like it was my problem and I should have known the product was already used. It was the store that tried to sneak and put a used item back on the shelf and sell it for full price. He felt that 10% was a deal since the itme was retuned( from the previous buyer) within 14 days... Who knows what could have happened to the item in that time (dropped, gotten wet, etc) Horrible customer service! He never even asked my name or tried to rectify the situation... I will not be returning to this location again...

Worst Place to go to get office supplies. Staff wasnt helpful. I had boxes of printer paper sealed with Staples Logo on them. They were bought long time ago so I lost the receipt. We used one and had to return 2 boxes and Manager told me that there is no proof that you bought it from us. They refunded me half price. I told him what bigger proof he wants that boxes are sealed in Staples boxes. He cared less.

I ordered prints to be picked up in an hour, as advertised. When I went in they said they wouldnt be ready until the next day. Since it was only six pages I asked if they could just print them really quick and the woman flat out REFUSED. I was shocked how rude she was and will never go back.

Horrible customer support. Theres this bearded guy in the copy center and his sole purpose in life is to try the hardest not to help a single customer. If you dont approach him he will never realize that youre stuck and need help, even if youre the only guy there.
