Ive given this place chance after chance, always one person working the print service and shipping center. Policy always changing depending on whos working sometimes Im permitted to log in my accounts and print labels other times I have to do it on my phone and email it. Service is slow, 45 minutes to send one package between helping me and other people simultaneously. I needed a package wrapped and shipped and was told to go find a box and was handed the packaging gun to wrap it myself. I had two more packages to send but with the length of time it took to send just one I decided to leave and visit another store. Wouldnt of been to terrible if they had multiple people working and each person dedicated to finishing each customers order before going to the next. Might as well wrap your package at home and drop it off at a drop location. I wouldnt call their print and ship department and all in one service that they claim to offer. Just expect to wait a while if you use their service.... I wont be using it again.

The copy center is never, ever adequately staffed. The staff in that department really seems like they hate their job. They wont even look up at you while youre waiting (and waiting, and waiting....). Calling there is horrible, unless you love being on hold for a long time or forgotton about. The assitant manager and a couple of cashiers are nice and friendly. The store manager, not so much. I really wish they would just bump up training and make customer service a priority or get bought out by Staples because they are the only place nearby. I really do want to like them.

Terrible Copy and Print service! At all other Office Depots around me you can simply hop online to your email and print your file, here you have to email the file to office depot email. This was really not cool for me since I was printing my 2014 tax return with all of my personal info! Also they are way understaffed and the staff was less than concerned about the customers waiting in line. I have never had worse service anywhere!

Waited on hold for an hour only to be told the print job submitted several days ago hadnt even been looked at by the print department. Nor did they bother to call or inform me. Horrible print department, Ive tried several times to give them a chance, they have continually let me down. Go somewhere else, dont waste your time here.

Worst sales pitch ever. I was told unless I wanted to spend anything over $400 for computer, than it wasnt worth buying. The computer specs werent posted for me to even look at. The sales guy didnt even want to show me anything in my price range. Nope, no thanks.

Just going downhill quick. Long waits at both checkout and at the print area. Been there twice in the last two months and heard staff arguing. Manager is very friendly. But takes staff at side is yells at them rudely. I would have quit on the spot!

Copy center is completely incompetent. It has taken two weeks to make copies and not once has someone communicated with me. Also the manager stands from afar while the copy center gets backed up with only one employee to run it. What a slacker!

The print shop is pathetic.The manager walked away with people in line to take a smoke break. With only five people in the store the employees outnumber the customers and we are still being ignored. Nice.

Come for the supplies, stay for the slowest service downtown. Its not the employees fault though. Theyre super understaffed.
