I went into this Disney Store to make a purchase of $85 with my Debit Credit Card. They refused to sell me the merchandise because I didnt have a picture ID on me. I had been to 5 other stores in the mall and used my Debit Card with my pin number with no issues. I asked the manager to make an exception but they said no and treated me like I was a common criminal trying to commit credit card fraud. I had two other cards with my name on it but that was not good enough. Whatever, I moved on and decided not to do business there again. 3 weeks later I just found that they charged my card that night. They did not VOID the transaction or refund it, because their archaic POS system did not allow them to do so. When I called they knew exactly the transaction and that they had charged me while refusing to give the merchandise. This is not what I would describe as a MAGICAL EXPERIENCE! I get that the employees are following corporate procedures, but Disney Corporation needs to get with the times - its the year 2017. They were so worried about me stealing from them, but they had no problem stealing from me. Had I not noticed, that would have been stealing from me. I have a call into corporate for them to reevaluate their archaic POS procedures with Debit Credit Cards.

The line to checkout is longer than that of the teacup ride at the theme park. Manager sees the long line but continues talking with another associate because they apparently arent allowed to use a register, but still have to be hunted down to do a return. Children have meltdowns while waiting 30 minutes to check out and nobody there knows how to formulate an apology when I complained about the long line and the fact they only have one person working the register. Only excuses. This parent will no longer shop at anyplace that doesnt make getting out of the store a bigger priority.

I will not buy anymore Star Wars elite series figures due to the rudeness of this stores evening manager. She was extremely rude, ignorant and would not listen to what I had to say regarding Force Friday. I called another location and there was no problem and I was treated with respect and kindess which symbolizes Disney. This Orland Park location lost my business my advice would be buy your Star Wars Collectibles on Ebay.

Have had so many bad experiences at this store, most of the staff are old elderly uneducated people. They wouldnt let me slide my Visa gift card for various reasons that were extremely vague. I was going to pay for a Frozen figurine set and the price was $12.99 and they charged me $20 and the sign said $12.99 but the lady said "oh thats from yesterday." they didnt bother to change the sign! So unfair!

I paid $ 1.63 for the bb-8 and just received the box the droid was missing ...saddest Christmas for my son ever..goin to the store as soon as it opens
