I walked in here with my 2 year old, and I couldnt wait to get out....BEFORE I BLEW MY LIFES SAVINGS...just on the Thomas section!!! I swear to Pete that I turned into a 5 year old kid again, wishing that I would win the infamous shopping spree...I almost made my son push me in the shopping cart They have a GREAT selection of toys, but it didnt seem as lively as it once use to be. The staff was nice and answered the one question I had for them... Oh, the other children looked like they were having a good time too..

We have bought a remote control car roughly 4 months ago. It was rechargeable so it was costly...it started smoking and not running properly. We contacted the manufacturer and they were absolutely no help. Then we went back to toys r us. Yuseff and Philicia were all smiles and super helpful! They looked up our receipt and we promptly got store credit which we used immediately to buy a new car. Thank you for making this an easy process!

recently have been going back to this store now that i have a nephew. the aisles were to narrow for my taste. if a cart is in the aisle you find you have to go 2 or 3 aisles down to get to the other side of the original aisle you wanted. also it could be just me being cheap but i find the prices i little too steep for what you are getting.

On two recent occasions, I have been served quickly and efficiently by young friendly staff. Im referring to cahiers as well as service desk staff with returns and other inquiry. They were very knowledgeable and helpful. I would say the store itself is a bit cluttered, but it is a toy store. Would you expect otherwise?

I have found the series 3 minifigures in 2 spots at this store on 2 different trips. At the service desk on 11/30 and in the seasonal section near the front of the store by a bunch of other Lego sets/products on 12/4. Both instances there were two relatively full boxes.

The store was very clean and the toys were well organized. They had lots of workers on the floor keeping the shelves stocked and clean with the toys in their right place.

This Toys R Us is so dirty, the prices are high, and often its hard to figure what a price is. This store needs a total make over. I hate having to go into this store.

Typical toys r us. Bought a better gun to find missing pieces and it appeared to have been returned and stuck right back on the shelf. 30 minutes back to return it.
