If you want poor quality furniture and unprofessional service this is your place. Salesmen are sneaky & slimy hiding terms and conditions in effort of making the sale regardless of what happens having you sign a delivery confirmation before you ever receive your furniture. The delivery men are careless,poorly paid, poorly trained, profane men that seem to have been picked up off the streets who are thrown in a van and told to assemble your furniture. My furniture and wood floor are ruined while being assembled, and as it were not enough the deliver men were yelling profanity in my house and tricked my wife into accepting the delivery disguising it as a complaint. Now Rana refuses to cancel the order and is charging 20% ($320) restocking fee to take it back and refuses to fix my floor. ***DO YOUR FAMILY A FAVOR AND GO TO A REAL FURNITURE STORE KEEP GOING WEST ON PINES BLVD TOWARDS FLAMINGO RD AND YOU WILL BUMP INTO TO CITY FURNITURE, ROOMS TO GO, OR EL DORADO***

I would highly recommend everyone to go to Rana furniture. My experience was great. My sales rep. was Gevel, I had her as a rep. before. I am just amazed at the amount of time and understanding that she remained to have. Her actions reflects well on this company. She listened to what I was in there for and showed me different options. I have returned because of her perfectionism and the welcoming gestured she has shown. It is extremely rare to go furniture shopping and not have the rep. not listen to you and you sense they just want to close a sale. However, this company services remain phenomenal. I am extremely satisfy with my rep. And the company. I will be returning again, and will highly recommend this furniture store. Thank you gevel and Rana furniture for always delivering your best.

Carolina the sales person was not pushy in anyway and only wanted us to walk out with something we would be happy with not something she wanted to sell us. We were in and out of the store in less than 20 minutes they had what we wanted on the floor it was delivered two days later with really nice Drivers and assemblers that were very clean and punctual. This was my fourth purchase there and every time its the same results I walk out happy and pleased with my purchase so I had to leave a review and let everyone know the management at the store is great as well they know how to keep customers coming back.

To understand how important it was to be assisted by Gevel Ortiz recently really help me not be stressed during such a hard time in my familys life right now, not only did she seem genuinely involved but she made me realize things about certain furniture and placing in my home could help. Not at one minute would I go anywhere else or refer to any other atore, would really like to say thank you Gevel and we will be buying our newborns bedroom set from you, not often do toi feel confident about a large purchase and actually wanna leave a tip and hug. Lol. Thank you very much Mrs. Ortiz.

WARNING Do Not Buy Here!!!!! What you see in the showroom is not what you get. Looks are deceiving, they use the cheapest lowest quality of materials you can find. Paper thin wood. In less than a year my sofa has literally been falling about. Cracks in the wood inside, screws falling out, springs poping out of everywhere and even falling out from the bottom. Customer service is non existent. There delivery guys are not certified and unprofessional. There scamming everyone. Do your self a favor and spend the money for real quality. Rooms to go or city furniture.

I purchased furniture from Rara furniture store. Im still upset, after about a year my furniture begin to crack. I purchased two bedroom sets in a living room set. The leather on the living room set begin to split and the wood on the bed set did not last a year. I also paid $400 for a good mattress and all I got was back pains. When I walked into the show room all the furniture look amazing. However the furniture they deliver to my home was not good at all.

Today was our 1st time shopping at Rana Furniture (Pembroke Pines) and it was by far the easiest and smoothest shopping experience weve ever had at any furniture store. The employees at this location are very friendly and kind. We were assisted by Gevel Oritz and she was extremely personable and helpful. I went to this store twice. The first time was not great but it was okay. The second time in March of 2017 it was the most HORRIBLE experience. The lady who helped me wasnt able to answer any of the queations I had. All she wanted to do was run my credit. Everytime I asked something she would reply with an attitude (because she obviously didnt know the answer). HORRIBLE. Will never go back.
