Do not buy from here. I purchased 2 identical couches. One was on the floor, the other had to come from Greensboro. 2 days later they called for me to pick it up. I pick up one couch and the other couch was still on the floor as a display. Upon loading it the frame that held the leg was broken. So we unloaded it. So they said they ordered another one from Greensboro. Went to pick it up and its leg had a huge scratch on it. So I left it there. Was told to call people in Greensboro. Called. The lady was actually very nice and ordered a leg for me. Went back for the third time to pick it up and took it home. 2 days later the new leg came in. So I made 3 trips to pick up 1 order. I asked that they deliver the couch so I didnt have to make a third trip. They said NO. but we will mail you a $10 gas card. Still havent received it. $10 dollars worth of gas was spent on the first trip out there to get the couches. Colfax.....Do better or you will no longer be in business like any other business thats not fair to customers.

i should have checked with the BBB first because in doing so to file a complaint with them i see they are NOT accredited and they also have a big fat F RATING----I was sold a furniture set and was sold the warranty by the MANAGER and was told by the MANAGER that it woulde cover ANY puncture --even friom pets.. long story short i went to file a claim for a puncture and was told that it did not cover it... i went to the OWNER and while he apologized he said and i quote "i am the head of the game, and what i say goes and we NEVER refund money, we just offer an apology" and he proceded to tell me the manager was no longer there.... I DONT CARE WHERE THE MANAGER IS OR ISNT... I WAS TOLD SOMETHING BY THEIR EMPLOYEE AND NOW THEY WILL NOT STAND BEHIND WHAT THEY SAY---BAD BAD BAD BUSINESS PRATICES I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGIAN.. I WILL GO TO A GOOD FURNITURE STORE NEXT TIME

Horrible customer service especially from the manager Gary. Was lied to by him several times and when I finally went to pick up my furniture that was supposed to be delivered three days prior, but was called twice with excuses as to why he couldnt deliver the furniture after scheduling deliveries on those two days, he was on the phone with a customer telling them that the extended warranty didnt cover punctures which was the same extended warranty that I purchased for $165 and was told by the salesmen ("even if your wife puts a knife in her pocket and forgets it is there and sits down in your recliner and puts a hole in it, its covered in the warranty") that it did indeed cover punctures. Overall very unsatisfied with my experience and will never shop at Clofax again nor would I recommend anyone to.

My coworker told me that she went to look at furniture. She found something that she liked. They told her they would run her credit to see what she would qualify for. She walked out because she wanted to shop around. She told the lady, she would think about it. She looked at her bank account a few days later and she had a line of credit on her profile for $3,600 that she did not ask for!!!! She called her bank and found out it was Colfax Furniture who opened the line of credit. They said they are going to close the account and reverse any negative effects on her credit but she feels deceived. They didnt say they were going to open a credit account. Shes not going back there. I am in the market to buy furniture but I will not shop a brand that lacks integrity.

Very disappointed with my experience I had a female salesperson give me the wrong information about their tax free day whos going to buy a curio cabinet they did not have the key that went to it so they called the Kernersville store I found my way to the Kernersville store told them that I was told at the Winston Salem store that this was a tax-free items the manager came out and told me I was not told that at the Winston-Salem store and I told him yes I was told that at the Winston-Salem store that it was a text free item I would get it for 600 and sporty seven dollars so I went home after two hours visiting Winston Salems in Kernersville store very disappointed will not return again May I suggest that you do not visit the store very bad service

Colfax furniture of Winston Salem saved me time and money whenever I need furniture and matresses, by being my first and last stop. In this city, there are many decent furniture places to shop from; however, everytime I find Colfax have a huge advantage over all other places by having huge selection lot with almost eveything a middle class customer like my self might be looking for. There is a wide range of choices, very decent furniture quality and way dicount prices. Their sales agents are highly welcoming and effecient helping you getting what you need. Whenever i have new commers to my city need, or friends need furniture, I would recommend Colfax to them, and they never needed to go shopping around somewhere else.

In May of this year my husband and I purchased a queen size frame, dresser, mirror, a cocktail table, and two end table, set up delivery for July 13th, and no one called so I called the and they said the furniture was delivered, and I said NO IT WAS NOT! Then they said we were down to pick it up and I said NO WE PAID FOR DELIVERY! Then when I called the delivery people they had us down for pick up as well and that we were down for a bed, love seat, and one end table, so when I told them they screwed up they apologized and said they would try to find out what happened, I will never buy from there again, much less recommend them to anyone

I recently bought my daughter a bedroom suit at Colfax Furniture. I had went to several places but found Colfax to be the best price for what I was looking for. From the time I walked in the door up to the day I picked up my furniture, the customer service was superb. I was also contacted a couple of days after I received my furniture to make sure I had a good experience and was satisfied. I would highly recommend Colfax Furniture....go to Colfax Furniture and "Bring It Home" !!!

Very bad experience. Bought a bed, dresser, and nightstand. Before making the purchase the salesperson by the name of phillip told us that the scratches could be fixed by the time it was to be delivered. When they deliver it to is scratches are still there and the screws for the bed were missing. Now we have to wait two more days for someone else to come amd put the bed together. They are liars and unprepared.

Recently purchased a mattress set and the customer service that I received was awesome. The man who helped me was so kind as to tell me about all the deals and even let me try out the comfort of 4 mattress sets. When I was checking out the lady at the desk gave me great advice on how to save on my purchase. Overall, I really enjoyed my experience and would recommend it to anyone.
