i usually am satisfied with universal liquors, how ever the staff arent always polite and today i spent $125. in the store. i have some issues as i recieved no reciept for the items i purchased and was over charged on cigarettes. when i returned home from my visit i called the store and was given the run around from one employee to the other and basically was called a liar and challenged to a fight if i have a problem. thats not how you do business and to overcharge a customer is a criminal offense. when i said i would take it up with the district manager or the owner he stated he was the owner. so if that is true then i will never spend another cent of my money in his store. be careful of what the price is when you get to the register you might find that the price has changed and get your reciept you may need it.

After I left an $8 cash tip on a $38 tab, the bartender took it upon himself to write in an additional tip on my credit slip. All would have been well, except for Elizabeth, the manager, pretty much told me to suck it when I brought up the dispute. Also didnt matter that I go to the bar often as well as make many purchases at the liquor store. This establishment will never get my business again! Whichever bartender that committed the fraud should be fired and management should be more proactive in eliminating these thieves from their staff. DONT GO HERE! THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!!

Super fantastic prices at Universal Fine Wine & Spirits in Holiday, Florida! Helpful staff consistently assists my wife and I, in finding the right product for the right occasion (Birthday, Wedding, Anniversary). Convenient hours - This place is open EVERY DAY and even Holidays! Weve been coming here for 6 years and its only got better!!! Highly recommend it for people that just moved to the area and want a Convenient, Safe Liquor Store with low prices to shop at. We always stock up at Universal Fine Wine & Spirits before my wife and I leave, on our sailboat excursions traveling the seas.

This is a huge liquor store with the best selection and prices. The staff is always knowledgeable about the different wines and can offer suggestions which is great. I love shopping here and I highly recommend it. There is a nice little lounge attached and thats also really worth checking out! Nice younger crowd, great prices and they do generous pours for all the drinks. I have had some of THE BEST martinis here. You can definitely see that making quality drinks is the mission here. I will be back!

They have so much stuff in this place! The selection is overwhelming for someone like me who has trouble deciding. Thats not a complaint, its totally my issue. Im a beer kind of girl, and they have a TON of craft beer selection from all over, even Purple Haze, which when you do manage to find it, sells out as fast as it goes on the shelf. they have everything though, so if your looking for obscure or new liquor to try, definitely go here. The best part is they are reasonable in their pricing.

I love this place! I have been coming here for years for the incredible prices, selection, and mostly the customer service. There are some other local places around here that wont even give you the time of day. The people here are always happy to make a recommendation or special order something for us. And the craft beer selection is the best Ive ever seen. Plus, open LATE - which is awesome.

This place has superior service. I had some Zubrowka (must try if you are a fan of Vodka) shipped to a client and there was an issue with the shipping by the fault of UPS. Everyone I spoke to was extremely helpful and they fixed the problem immediately. No hassle or questions asked. Customer service and the respect for business is unmatched. No need to look anywhere else.

The selection at this liquor store cannot be beat. They sell every flavor for every brand and mixer. If you do not see what you are looking for, they will order it for you and have it in stock within 24-48 hours. The staff IS AWESOME! ! EVERY employee is polite, courteous and always greet you with a smile. You are family when you are there.

Best liquor store in the area! Great prices on wine, liquor, and craft beer. If you want cheap budweiser go to raceway or wynn-dixie instead but this place is amazing for anything else!
