The experience my mother and law and wife had here was regrettable on behalf of the staff. Upon first walking Im they were not immediately addressed even though there was no one in the facility. The staff seemed engaged in their own world. Upon addressing the staff they were offered assistance, but it was not type of assistance an established brand such as this would be known for. Having not been there I can only speak to the discomfort and disregard they both felt. "It was if we were inconviencing them for the short amount of time we were there". Perhaps because we were people of color at the Glen they surmised they were just window shopping. Upon hearing of their experience I called over to the store and spoke to Steve who feigned any recall of them even being there. Disgraceful Steve. Any way cant wait to talk to corporate to see if this is the proper protocol.

After having a hip replaced and broken leg, my daughter and I rolled into lazy boy to look for a comfortable chair for me. The whole staff was wonderful, taking their time to let me try many chairs and that took awhile since I needed to sit in each chair for about ten minutes to get the feel on my hip. Needless to say, I purchased a chair that day and am very happy. Delivery was when promised and the delivery crew was very professional and even took an old couch down to the curb for me. Everyone that worked there was very friendly, and left me alone when I wanted. Day 2, buyers remorse. Turns out special black Friday deal was only on certain fabrics and colors, was originally informed that I can have any fabric, no problem (forgot to say extra). Add on delivery, stain/tear protection. Hopefully I will love the furniture when it arrives.
